The only downside about working with Roxana and Sebastian is that no one else is going to be able to compare to them!!! I had a moderate amount of experience with Notion but only at an internal level. I spent hours and hours trying to figure out how to make it work for a client facing experience only to put away the task more frustrated when I started. Roxana not only made it 1000x better than my expectations she made it so fun and enjoyable. A++++

I met with Rodolfo Rodriguez. He was an absolute legend. Helped me understand some stuff I was struggling to intuit and gave me some great tips. A bonus was that he actually seemed genuinely interested in our use case and I felt like he enjoyed the meeting as much as I did.
He is a credit to your organization.

Roxana Rodriguez was amazing. She helped me figure out features I had no idea existed. Her guidance will definitely help me simplify my business operations. Thank you!

Roxana and Rodolfo helped me create a custom, super.so-hosted, notion-powered website, www.shade.city. I fully endorse NotionFlows and enthusiastically recommend them to friends and strangers. Roxana provided terrific creative guidance, clear insight, and prompt service. I am eager to continue evolving the website with NotionFlows as our non-profit grows. In appreciation!

“We recently hired Roxana to help us set up multiple landing pages and platforms using Notion. Her expertise in the platform was immediately apparent, and she could efficiently implement automations that significantly improved our workflow. Roxana is a pleasure to work with, always happy and eager to help. She deeply understands all the possibilities within Notion and can quickly grasp new cases.”

Working with NotionFlows was excellent! They were excellent partners, collaborative, organised and friendly. We are satisfied with the result and the documentation to continue developing the website based on what we created together. Thank you, Roxana and Rodolfo!

Antonio was both a professional and gentleman. A+. I promise… I will use this consultant again.

Felt well taken care of by Camilla, who is very knowledgeable and patient.

I'm really pleased with the website Roxana created. She created a theme and design for my company website basically from scratch (with some very ambiguous prompts about what I was looking for), got it 90% of the way there, and then was very responsive to my small adjustments. Her process for each stage of designing the website was systematic and professional. I'm thrilled I have a website I can now easily update in Notion, that looks great visually in the web browser.

Roxana's expert guidance in building a Notion structure has been very useful in organizing my content, and in teaching me to understand Notion's possibilities and capabilities. She was very patient and resourceful, making the learning process enjoyable. We will most definitely stay in touch and I will be happy to share her services with my circle!

NotionFlows helped us integrate a Notion database into our website using Super.so, tracking legal developments in the cryptocurrency market. Roxana took our extensive feedback, made thoughtful design adjustments, and provided excellent training to ensure we could manage the site independently. Her expertise, responsiveness, and flexibility made the entire process smooth and successful. Highly recommend her for any Notion-related projects!

Very happy with Mawuli expertise. I would like to report a 10/10 experience. Thank you

Antonio was really lovely - he listened to what I had to say and was able to troubleshoot in real time with me. He helped me better understand what I was asking to do and why certain steps were possible while others were not. He went beyond and followed up with me and provided a Loom video on how to avoid the issue in the future. Really valued his insights!

I worked with the team at NotionFlows (Roxana and Rodolfo) recently on our Super website project. I knew that NotionFlows brings expert-level experience with Notion and that their knowledge of the complimentary hosting provider Super would be key in bringing my site to life. I was thrilled with the level of service that I received. They took our initial design concepts, communicated openly and effectively, and they delivered a solid finished site. Their documentation was also super helpful!

“Roxana demonstrated exceptional professionalism and dedication. Punctual and prepared, she voluntarily broadened her tasks, driven by a passion for delivering an impeccable final product. Her expertise in Notion is impressive, adeptly simplifying complex tasks. Her creativity and positivity were infectious, making my website project both engaging and enlightening. I relished our collaboration and eagerly look forward to future engagements.”

“Roxana and Rodolfo helped us build a Notion database to streamline and improve our sales system for incoming clients and new deals. It was a very smooth process, Roxana was very responsive and able to easily adapt to changing requirements along the journey. The documentation was great and our team is using the Notion every day to improve how we work together.”

Antonio was very pedagogical and a great listener. He was able to quickly understand my needs and patiently deal with my level of literacy. Very helpful!

Antonio was fantastic - he was very personable and answered most of my questions before I even asked them. He was great at tailoring the product to my needs and maximizing the time allotted for my specific questions and desires.

"Excellent consultation with Roxana - she showed and explained all the ways Notion CAN and CANNOT help us. Based on her feedback, we decided that Notion is not the Go-To tool for us.

If you are looking to consult with a Notion expert, Roxana is a no-brainer. Highly Recommend.”

“Roxana has been so helpful for our team! She helped us migrate to notion and get us set up with all of the tools and training that we needed to be successful. Since then, she's helped us with integrations, fixing bugs and upgrading what we have as our needs changed. She even let us know of new notion tools and offerings we could use when there were updates! We couldn't have done it without her. So thankful for Roxana!”

Antonio was lovely, and our session was incredibly insightful. He was friendly and understood our business needs and guided me on how best to set up our workspace, while also expanding on the platform's capabilities.

Mawuli was very friendly. Understood my situation and proposed an approach that was great. He helped me understand the full potential of Notion for me (and correcting some incorrect assumptions). Gave a live demo. And we agreed a way forward for me to use Notion with my business. Very happy.

"Roxana did a great job at navigating a complex project management environment in Notion. She was really dedicated to finding the right solution; professional all the way through. Great experience!”

Roxanna was very approachable and easy to work with, she was able to quickly absorb the information that was presented and able to provide clear guidance and example solutions to my needs.

Camilla was very friendly and made me feel relaxed about asking any question or query that I had, then she showed me the best solution without overwhelming me with too many things at once. Thank you.

Roxana is the best! I was able to follow her instructions as she was patient and explained everything very clearly. She gave me tips and even helped me link somethings I had no idea how to do!! 1000/10

"Roxana was awesome to work with. She was knowledgeable, understood the task, worked fast, and was great to iterate with. I highly recommend her to anyone who wants to make their Notoin set up more powerful”
