Five stars, phenomenal customer service, very kind, very responsive! On Christmas eve, 2020 our house sustained major water damage. We called Fire Water Pros on a recommendation. Early on Christmas day, the owner of the company, Christopher Dailey, showed up ready to help us.

They have been wonderful to work with - from the onset Chris made us feel comfortable and taken care of.

His communication was excellent throughout, he really helped us navigate all aspects of the clean up - insurance, mitigation, and rebuild. Throughout the entire process, Chris made sure to explain all the steps involved, and was available whenever a question came up. I had water damage in the same room up and downstairs apartments. When I called them they quickly came out, removed damage, treated, then rebuilt both floors. Had some issues during rebuild but they were accommodating and remedied the problem. Now both rooms are better then before.

In August 2018 I traveled to NY to help care for my elderly parents for a month. A week after arriving they had torrential rains and flooding was occurring everywhere, including my parents neighborhood. Fortunately they were spared. A week later I kept hearing water running from somewhere but could not locate any issues where I assumed the problem was. When I finally went into their basement I found myself ankle deep in water. They had a pipe burst that had been leaking for probably a good part of that week. I could not shut off the main water supply to the house due to a corroded shut off nor could I shut the water off from the valve on the pipe that burst because it was also corroded. I called one water company who couldn't get out to see me for several days because they were still dealing with many cases from the flood the week before. I was told most likely nobody would be able to get out to help for days for the same reason. I found Fire Water Pros and decided to call anyway. Chris answered right away. I explained what happened and he told me he would be out within 45 minutes, and he was, even though he was inundated with other clients who had been flooded from the rains. He came in and assessed the situation and he was able to get the valve on the burst pipe to work so we could shut that water supply off. He sat down with me and explained the process and helped me work with my parent's insurance company so he could get to work. He came back an hour later with all the machines to suck up the water and start the drying process. He and his team worked until after 11 PM that night to get us to a good place. After that he stayed in touch and let me know when he would arrive each day and what his team would be doing. There were many unforeseen challenges along the way that put Chris's schedule behind, but he patiently waited for me to handle those situations so he could continue working. The initial discovery was a Sunday evening. To make matters worse, the upcoming Friday I had an important gathering for my father that could not be postposed, so Chris and his team worked non-stop to make sure we could hold that event, even though he was not done with the job. He made sure debris and equipment were cleaned up and out of sight for the event and resumed his work after that weekend. The job was completed the following week. He did what he said he would do every step of the way, and he and his team were respectful of the situation in our home with my two elderly parents, hardworking, polite, thorough, and always made time to answer any questions in person or by returning calls or texts promptly. It is rare to find service providers today that operate in that fashion. We highly recommend Chris and his team at Fire Water Pros.

Back in February 2005, I experienced a devastating house fire. Chris Dailey/ Firewaterpros came forward as an honest and concerned business person and his crew and himself did a wonderful job on my fire restoration, clean-out and then followed through with complete re-construction of my property. Fire had damaged my property down to the studs.

I contacted Fire Water Pros when a water issue arose in my home involving water and mold. Chris came to my house that day to assess the job and provide a quote. We could not get anyone else to come for over 10 day to even provide us a quote. He was on time, professional and explained to us in detail the work that should be performed. He started the job the next day even with his busy schedule. Once into the job he assessed possible damage behind a wall that could not be seen. The damage was to a greater extent than we expected. Chris assured us it was not a problem, fixable and that he would handle the additional work for us. He was here everyday on time and made a very stressful situation manageable. Just before Christmas we were faced with an impossible task of having to restore a home disaster in Johnson City, NY while remotely living in Charleston, South Carolina. In addition, this work, including some significant infrastructure upgrades, had to be completed in an unreasonably short period of time. Luckily for us FireWaterPros came to our rescue. On Christmas day our basement filled with ground water. I called Fire Water Pros and they arrived in about an hour, as they said. They helped keep the water from reaching our furnace and came back daily to check and add more remediation equipment. When it was dry they came back 1 more time and treated it with mold killer. Chris was attentive to our needs despite being the holiday. I would certainty recommend them.

I called Fire Water Pros a couple of hours after my basement got flooded and on short notice they were there within half an hour with a professional quote and plan on how to resolve my problem. Sorry about my former remarks. There was a misunderstanding on my part about the pipes which has been straightened out. The work Chris and his helper did was excellent. They worked very hard to restore the damage done to our bathroom.

Chris was incredibly responsive to our communications. Our seasonal cabin is difficult to clean but the crew did a good job after a furnace blowback. We did have a few areas of concern after the cleaning but Chris had another crew out within a few days to finish things up to our satisfaction.

They were amazing at their work and very quick. The owner was very respectful and a delight to talk to. If i had a question or concern he had no hesitation on answering it. Fire water pros gave me a workable estimate.

Fire water Pros was a delight to deal with. The owner got right back to us , sent a crew in to tear up the walls and floor and had it drying out within 24 hours. Chris was quick and responsive! I came home to my washer over flowing. Inch of water on the floor with everything soaked. Within a day he had the water vacuumed up and i was set up with everything i needed to have place drying out. He took a disasterous situation and made it the best possible situation!

Chris reconstructed the lower level of my house after water damage. He did a very fine job with tile floors, walls, doors etc. I found him to be punctual and very professional.

I've got a Trex porch and ramp that needed some deep cleaning because mold was growing on them, so I called Fire Water Pros. Unlike the competition, they actually answered their phone. Not only that, but Chris (who answered) went into detail about what my options were, came out to look at it that day, verified that the chemicals they intended to use wouldn't harm the Trex, and scheduled the job for a couple of days later.

They came today and did a very nice job of cleaning my porch, ramp, and the front of my house. Chris was even nice enough to dry off my screen door by hand since I wouldn't be able to leave it open for a while afterwards because I can't reach the locking clamp at the top of the door.

As a final touch, they plan on following up with me in about six weeks to verify that the chemicals worked and make sure the problem hasn't returned. I'm very satisfied and will be doing business with them again.

My 90 year old dad's house had a water issue in the basement. I called Fire Water Pros. They responded in hours and began work on the basement. All water damaged materials were quickly removed and they worked with the insurance company. I live out of town and was able to completely rely on them. We had a fire at one of our rental properties back on January 17th of this year. We have never had anything like thus happen before so of course we had no idea what to do or where to start. As soon as I contacted Chris he was there the same day to assess the damage and quickly worked on getting me an estimate for the fire and water damage mitigation.
