Great floor plan with private en-suite bathrooms, making it extremely convenient for my family. Easy walk to the pool from the property. The private secured location was comforting and safe. The gate passes were tricky, we figured it out. To help out future guests…hold pass about 20 inches from the scanner(any further or closer doesn’t work) Nice place to stay, with great value.
This apartment worked out great for us. The owner was responsive to our concerns and sent professionals in to rectify the issues. She even bought a new coffee maker and supplies for us to use. The jacuzzi and pool were absolutely wonderful. It was very convenient to have a washer and dryer in the apartment.
When the maintenance on the apartment is done, this place will be a gem to rent.
Maria was very responsive and helpful. When there was any questions, Maria was quick to respond. We had a bit of confusion the first night, but Maria was quick to make things right. Thank you so much . Your home was the perfect place for our family. Plenty of beds and a great place to relax at the end of the day.

The house was impeccable, so clean and every room had its own bathroom which was very helpful for our family. We came I March and it was still pretty cold outside, but there was a community hot tub which was accessible from the house and free to use. The clubhouse has a gym, pool table, and a common area which can be used by all guests.
We would love to stay again when we are back in the area.
The house was perfect for our needs! The spacious kitchen/dining/living room area was great for everyone to be together and comfortable. Having a bathroom in each room was definitely a must have! The house was clean and the beds comfortable. The security code for the gate never worked so we had to buzz someone every time, but that was worth it for the safety we felt. Overall our stay was 5 stars!!
The house is located in a gated community with a shared pool (unheated but perfect for a hot day), gym, sauna, and outdoor meeting areas. We enjoyed the five minute commute to the airport, 10 minute drive to downtown, and 15 minutes to the University district. There are plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. The house was comfortable and clean- perfect for a family. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 downstairs. There is no private outdoor area, but having the pool just a 2 minute walk away was definitely worth it!

We were disappointed that the swimming pool was not available due to construction. It was one of the reasons we booked at this location, so it was disappointing. We did receive a fair discount for the inconvenience.
The apartment was very clean however, the aroma of Pine-Sol and bleach was very strong and for a person sensitive to chemicals it was hard to breathe until it was well aired out.
The beds come with a fitted sheet, and a comforter. No flat sheets provided. The comforter was not enclosed in a duvet, so it felt unsanitary. I believe this was the fault of the housekeeper, and not an oversight of the owner.
Great location easy to find, house was very clean and well organized. Access to the pool was a plus but staying in a gated secure community was even better. Not many choices in restaurants near by, not an issue if you like to drive and explore other parts of Albuquerque. Maria-Vittoria communicated very well and was very accommodating, instructions she provided were very detailed. I would stay here again and recommend staying here.

Maria’s listing far exceeded our expectations! It was bigger than we were expecting. All amenities listed were available. Maria didn’t hesitate to make sure beach towels were dropped off to us as well as a pack n play so we didn’t have to travel with them. She was very quick to respond to all my questions about the area. We had read not great reviews about the complex before arriving and were worried about the friendliness of the HOA, but they were very kind and accommodating. We never heard neighbors around us and felt very safe. The kitchen was small but had everything we needed. At one point the shower head broke and Maria had the handyman out immediately to get it fixed. We didn’t love the beaches that were walkable from the listing, but there are SO MANY beaches that are very much drivable! We had an amazing trip and were so grateful to come back to Maria’s place each night. Will stay here again for sure!
