I was facing a great deal of transition which was causing me some distress and burnout on my job. Yolanda helped me to focus on connecting to my “why” by both identifying my strengths and talents and helping me to consider what I could do to remove the barriers to my joy on the job. I was able to have a reasonable expectation of myself, be reflective about what was in my control, and address some of the barriers right away.
