The Haere-braai is epic! The crew sits around with a few beers and or wines while the rolled pork cooks on the rotisserie. This creates a great fun atmosphere ending in a mean Kai! The smoky flavour is great and the crackle next level. The bonus is you can take it anywhere, easily!
