Since I have become a coach engaging with people working in science (researchers, science managers and clinicians) there are two aspects that run through all the topics I offer: Competencies and Values. As we know, our individual skills and strategies emerge immediately from our values. There is no workshop or individual coaching session that I offer that does not address our core values. That is why I am also very practiced in identifying people's core values together with the integration of online tests and in conversation with each other. Sincerely, no online test has ever convinced me as much as the Core Value Finder. At the same time, I find the evaluation of the test in PDF format excellent. I really felt reflected in my values and my way of being in the world. I can say: Yes, that's true. That is me. I like the depth and differentiation of the evaluation in combination with the visualization of my value spectrum.
What was unexpected and really gripped me was that there was also an evaluation for the values that have medium or low significance in my value spectrum and what this in turn means for my personality. This is really new for me, but it worked very well. The way it's described represents my way of being in the world. That´s amazing.
As I always try out everything myself before recommending it to other people. Since I did the test myself, I've already recommended the test to around 30 people. I've told them that there's a free and a paid version and that they should treat themselves to the paid option because they can benefit from it for a long time, as our values only change very slowly. On the job and personally they are both a compass and a beacon for us.

My third goal was not correctly regístrate, so I am courious about how it was rated/analized vs my values or the work I do on perusing it.
After all I strongly agree with the rest of findings and the way they are communicated to me.

Taking the values assessment has allowed me to see my values in relation to each other. It helped me realize I have two fairly strong values that actually oppose each other. I recently had to make a tough decision that involved those two values, and being able to rationally consider the opposition between the two values in play lowered the anxiety around the decision.

During the last years, I re-assessed my personal values 3 times. And always I was looking for a better tool, that combines scientific background AND a beautiful design + detailed report.
I did some extended research to find the best fit for me - and from this experience I can say: The ValuesFinder really is my absolut favorite!
Full recommendation + 5 Stars.

I think it was pretty precise, it gave resulta that i expected in some ways and others that i didn't expected but i agreed with them.
Yes, it tould me things of myself that i did not thought about before

The questionnaire was quick to complete and the report is highly valuable! I’ve never received such a comprehensive breakdown on values

I got clarity regarding my core values. I have got a hard copy made to carry with me. I definitely recommend it to others.
It was strange to see a paid assessment when many are free. But I would say I was awed by the visual illustrations! A lot of significant insight about myself (my values). The part that showed my top 3 values was especially interesting to me.
In the end I would say money well spent and would recommend it.

The report I received was beautifully presented and astonishingly accurate. Though I was generally aware of my own values, the insights into how these values play out in my personality, daily life and the choices I make were fantastic and incredibly eye opening.

The results were deep and made a lot of sense for me. They are the missing piece to help me put into words my “why” and personal “intent” on my self-improvement journey. This combined with strengths-based work has been powerful for me.

Creating my values report has been an important step to clean up my mess in life. I've been wandering around, looking for a purpose and not quite understanding why I don't enjoy my life anymore. But reading my report I've realized how far my current life is from my most important values and how important make drastic changes and I also got some tipps what I should focus on and what every values means exactly.
Even though I've ranked my values on my own before taking this test, it helped to see it more clearly, more elaborate and to some degree it gave me confidence in my values. It went from a maybe that or that to a clear path for me and my future to build on and create a meaningful and successful life 😃

Frankly, I thought $50 was high for the assessment I received. It's helpful to know what my values are and how they rank, but the materials don't provide much guidance on how to use this information effectively.
Your email that led me to this page was somewhat deceptive. "Tell us what you think" and the "feedback" button isn't usually interpreted as a testimonial setup, but just what it says, an opportunity to give customer feedback.

I was extremely interested in the report and thought it was pretty spot on.
However, it gave me some insights to my own personality and things I can improve on.
I will read and re-read it from time to time to see if there is any difference in me now to me at the end of this course

Trabajar la prueba ha sido valioso ya que en ciertos rangos conocí un poco de mis virtudes y poder alinearlo con mi perfil profesional, excelente aplicación.

The results were amazing. I had an idea of my top values previously and this report provided insights which I am using to grow as a person. The report provided details into my core values and how I can best utilize them in my daily life. I am left with wanting more information on how I can apply these values.
The questionnaire was easy to understand which I personally find important to get an accurate evaluation. Straightforward and manageable within my attention span.
Upon receiving the evaluation, there were some aspects I was never aware of. Reading the "personal insights" helped me to identify my core values much better. I really liked how the results dive into each individual aspect/value.
Overall, I found the evaluation to be helpful in determining what values are important to me and most importantly, which values I might have to work on or uphold.
Apart from the evaluation itself, the art work itself is amazing! Very well done.

I really enjoyed taking the assessment and reading the results. The questions were very thorough and interesting. I can see how they could help someone better understand themselves and think about their goals and values.
Well done!

The report highlighted some areas that I wasn't aware of dominating my choices and decisions. Understanding this will help me push back on my default reactions and help me make better decisions in the future.

The assessment process itself was straightforward and pretty quick. There was a lag in generating the results report and sending it over, which I didn't understand (as opposed to the report being generated and provided immediately at the end of the assessment). The structure of the Values Profile diagram/chart was very interesting to me, and the descriptions of how to interpret was I was seeing were clear. I appreciated the "Call-to-Action" on each value and found them to be relevant to consider, not just filler or fluff; but the "Core Values In Action" section of the report sort of petered out... Either I didn't understand it, or it just wasn't as thoroughly built out as the rest of the report, so I didn't get much out of it.

The ValuesFinder report was like holding up a mirror to the architecture of my mind. It didn’t just confirm what I suspected—I care deeply about justice, purpose, and authenticity—it mapped out the tensions I hadn’t fully articulated, like my drive for achievement vs. my instinct for harmony.
What stood out most was how scientifically grounded and psychologically coherent the report was. It moved beyond generic labels to show how my values interact, sometimes reinforce each other, sometimes conflict—and how that affects my decisions, energy, and leadership style.
It helped me reframe aspects of my personality I once saw as contradictions—now I see them as strategic tensions I can navigate. I’ve used it to refine my personal goals, shift how I approach leadership, and bring more intention to the way I engage with others.
If you’re serious about living and leading with integrity, this isn’t just a personality tool—it’s a strategic compass.

"Core Values Finder helped me facilitate a truly profound client session. She found our coaching discussion about these values incredibly insightful and grounding. By the end, it was clear that she gained newfound clarity and a deep sense of empowerment. This experience helped her connect with her values on a much deeper level, allowing her to tap into her personal power and unique zone of genius that she had been seeking."

I had a great time reflecting on my values while answering the questions of the Core Values Finder by Vivid Ground GbR. The tool helped me better understand the different value categories people can have and how they live differently because of them.
I found it so useful that I recommended it to a few friends, and they really liked it too.
I was requested to write a review and here is my take after taking significant amounts of assessments in life:
Cons:
- It's pretty long. I am sure someone with low amount of patience will give up at some point.
- At time I wasn't sure what to answer.
- I had to wait 18 hours before I got my results.
- The amount of details in the report is immense. You really need to sit back and take time to take it all in.
Pros:
+ I had the option of getting a refund anytime I wanted. [I didn't have to]
+ Though long, some questions made me stop and actually ponder. It also made me realise it's not one of the pop quizzes on facebook for example and something legitimate.
+ Honestly, the report is really a piece of art and pleasing to look at.
+ Once I got through my results it really gave me clarity on what my core values are and how it effects different aspects of my life. It also made me think what things I could improve on [for example they state having extrinsic values too high is not so good for overall wellbeing and my dominance was over the roof - I like control :P].
Suggestion:
= Give an option to request support or someone to guide the person through the report. It can for a person who doesn't read much be overwhelming amount of information.
This is the best platform for discovering and reflecting on your values. In addition to being well developed and based on research, the test is also reliable. Different visualizations are used to illustrate the results in an amazing report. The support is also great and they are reachable.
In my opinion, it is highly recommended.

I took the core values assessment because I wasn't quite sure what my core values were. I tend to be one who minimizes myself so that I can make others happy. The core values that were returned to me in the PDF we're not surprising to me. There's one that I really do need to work on. The other two or not surprising.

Taking the Find Your Value test was a game-changer for me. It gave me a clear and meaningful insight into what truly drives me—not just at work, but in life. The questions were thoughtful and easy to follow, and the results were spot-on. I walked away with a better understanding of my core values and how they align with my goals and decisions. I’d highly recommend this test to anyone looking for more clarity, purpose, or even just a deeper connection to themselves. It’s a powerful self-discovery tool.

I think it was very useful, the questions are quite clear (even for someone autistic like me) and the rating system was good.
It was an interesting experience going through the entire questionnaire. The analysis, although lengthy, gave me great insight about myself and what values are closest to me. It took a couple of days to read and process the entire analysis but it was worth the read.
Would highly recommend!
I took the assessment last night and got the result on the same today. I was really looking forward to the results so sharing my experience below:
Pros:
1) The questionnaire is very detailed and does cover multiple aspects of one’s life. I’ve taken multiple personality tests before and this seems to be in the top bucket in this aspect
2) The assessment result again is very detailed and im really surprised by the accuracy of it. The infographics really help to get a gist of it all but the details shared against each personal value are totally worth reading and give you a better understanding of what the values actually mean to you
3) The values listed in the result seem to encompass all things that could matter. I couldn’t think of anything that was not covered in the report but mattered to me
Cons:
1) The questionnaire is slightly lengthy and will take at least 20 mins to fill. It is very similar in length to other tests like mbti, psychometric etc so if you’ve taken these before you will not find it lengthy. However if you haven’t, you will need to have some patience to not give up midway (but it’s worth it so go through with it)
2) Unlike other tests where results come immediately this does have a one day lead time which could be discouraging. However to me the lead time simply implied that the report is slightly personalised and i was okay with it
All in all to me this was totally worth taking inspite of it being a paid assessment. Pricing is quite reasonable considering the end result is great, kudos to the team on making it so accurate and engaging to read.
I will recommend everyone to take this assessment once at least to start with and to get a better understanding of your own value drivers. I will personally take this assessment once every year to see if my top three values are changing and to understand myself better.
The experience using this was excellent. I found it highly accurate and useful to understanding many aspects of myself. It’s a great tool to develop self awareness which can be used for both personal and professional development.
The illustrations and the interface is easy to comprehend and though slightly lengthy, the questionnaire leads to a detailed view and analysis which makes it worth it.
Highly recommended.

This report is clear, insightful, and incredibly easy to work with. It helped me articulate my own values and has become a go-to resource in my coaching practice. Seeing clients recognise their internal values conflicts — often for the first time — and then experience genuine breakthroughs has been remarkable. It is an exceptionally powerful tool.

I found the report really interesting but I think I answered some of the questions wrongly. It said that I was not good at making decisions for myself but that is because I’ve been married for 35 years and I would never make a major decision without consulting my husband. You can’t fly solo all the time!

fascinante como los resultados fueron muy cercanos a la exactitud, además de esto me gustó mucho el archivo final que llega al usuario

The result really tell me about my core value. I like the clear and complete explanation that can help me to live with my values. It also help me to find people who has the same values to work together or to be in relationship. I love the result. Thankyou so much

As a 10+ year secondary school educator and wellbeing specialist, the Core Values Finder is a great addition to the studies and explorations my students and mentees complete. Not only is it visually engaging, but it supports the learning and development of our courses and provides a great starting point for our mentees to begin their journey of exploration and analysis of their values.
This is a great platform to understand and reflect on your values. For those who have never taken a test like this before, the questionnaire may seem a little lengthy, but I think it is totally worth it!
I was amazed by how thorough the reports’s analysis was. It helped me understand my core values and how they relate to other facets of my life. The visual illustrations are amazing.
I would highly recommend it!

I was sceptical at first and actually I received my report and found it a little bit confusing, but then the really kind people at the Find your Values team explained it to me. I was quite surprised to learn that I had just interpreted it wrong and they explained it perfectly to me. I felt a little guilty for questioning it after that. It is actually extremely accurate and shows me so many things I need to work on. Thank you for being so kind and responsive.

I didn't believe my top and bottom three core values when I first saw the report, but reading through it explained why this is like this and I found myself agreeing with it at the end. This has been a boon on my quest to understand myself and I am happy that I did this test, it's an eye opening insight into a person's core values.

I’ve had the privilege of exploring the Core Values Finder assessment and report, and I am truly impressed by the insights it offers.
As someone who’s been involved with values development, in myself and my clients, for nearly two decades, I appreciate the profound impact that understanding and clarifying one's values and motivators can have on personal and professional growth, as well as one’s experiences of purpose, fulfillment, wellbeing and life satisfaction.
The Core Values Finder assessment does an exceptional job of clarifying values and delineating between two types of motivators that people should be aware of – intrinsic and extrinsic, making it an invaluable tool for anyone seeking to understand what truly drives them and if that will likely lead to fulfillment and wellbeing or short lived happiness.
The team behind the Values Finder has created a tool that is both insightful and user-friendly. And their commitment to helping individuals find their values through a short, easy process is commendable.
I highly recommend Core Values Finder to anyone looking to kickstart their values development process.

I had a fantastic experience while taking the Core Values Finder assessment. The insights into my own values were incredibly enlightening.
I would absolutely recommend it to others.
From a psychiatrist. This is a very nice interface. It is a well researched and well presented concept. I would think it is far better than outdated tools like the MBTI and similar.
As part of a more comprehensive development tool, the core values finder is in my view a great discussion point for people with their coach, mentor or supervisor. It is useful also just to do by oneself.
Paired with more specific tools downstream it makes a nice base for personal development.
