I get involved in some repairs, small things, and they're fine with that. I've also got alternative bids for larger jobs. Their repair quotes are always low and reasonable. Aaron and the rest of the staff are very responsive via email. They also put together end-of-the-year tax documents showing all expenses and income. I don't have any negatives to share.

We hired Authority Management to take on some rentals we were having managed by another outfit. We thought the switch was going to be hell. It was super easy. We gave the current company notice, and Authority Property Management jumped right on it. We only needed to provide them with notice and Authority dealt with the rest. They even picked up our keys and contracts from the other company. We have been super happy change and are glad we made the move.

Employees always respond to calls/issues, etc., in a timely and efficient manner. If I ever have an issue with the building, Aaron is Johnny on the Spot and shows up to see how he can take care of it, even if it's not his problem to deal with. Great hands-on help.
