I completed the Advanced Product Owner certification with Lee today, and it was an outstanding learning experience. The course provided valuable strategies and frameworks that i am confident will enhance my work and contribute positive to my organization.

The breadth and depth of information covered in a 1 day class was incredible. Being provided access to the prompt information, then being able to directly apply it helped the material sink in quickly. As always, the materials that Lee provides his students for continued use are what makes his class stand apart. Being able to have documents to reference down the line will be incredibly beneficial.

Lee's A-CSPO Certification training greatly exceeded my expectations. I was very impressed by the amount of content he was able to present over the course of two days, but that same period moved quickly due to real life examples he could related to the content in his stories.

The most impressive part of his course and his organization is that he makes his materials available for public consumption. 6 months after the course, when the material is no longer fresh, I'll be able to find the information that was presented or utilize one of the many tools he offers on the AgileDad website.

Last week I attended a CSPO workshop taught by V. Lee Henson of AgileDad. Lee is an outstanding instructor that captivates the class with his charismatic and energetic personality! I took the Certified Scrum Product Owner class with Lee. I showed up with limited knowledge of the PO role but walked away with both a grasp of the fundamentals of the role as well as the way that they fit into a larger Agile business approach. I attended the Agile & SCRUM Foundations for Leaders course with a group of my coworkers and fellow leaders. The class was tailored for our needs as an organization new to Agile and SCRUM. The course was excellent with many good points and brought up during the 2 days. Mr. Henson was very friendly and accommodating to our needs and questions. Our team not only learned some of the fundamentals of Agile, but also the benefits it could bring to our organization. The key piece of information for me was how to begin the implementation and how to grow it through it our team.

I had the opportunity to attend one of Lee's seminars on advanced Agile practices, and WOW! He is such a dynamic and engaging speaker. Our time together flew by as he covered the material in a fun and practical way. I felt like I was the only person in the room, which is saying a lot because the room was at capacity and standing-room only. By the end of our time together, I had a firm understanding of the concepts covered, and I was ready to put them into practice. What intrigued me the most was his ability to draw on so many practical examples from various businesses, industries, and just plain real-life scenarios. I would enjoy hearing more from him on any topic, and in any setting. He's definitely on my watch list as I look for more opportunities to hear from him.

I recently attended the Certified Scrum Master (CSM) course with V. Lee Henson as our instructor. This class was one of the most exciting classes I have attended due to Lee's knowledge and passion about the class. His style is certainly unique and something I hope to take with me when I present training to others in the future. The insights given were of high quality and the team I was with generally seemed to be drawn in to the message by Lee. This was my first Agile Dad course as Agile is new to my company. I feel lucky to have selected a course taught by Lee and will certainly but him at the top of the list for future classes I wish to take.

I need to say my journey here wasn't easy. I had recruiters (not one or two) telling me to take pronunciation courses so I could improve my accent and be able to land on a job. Because of that I was always scared to speak in front of others.

You made me feel I was in a safe environment in this class and because of that I felt I could speak without fear of being judged. Now I feel more confident in myself and speaking in front of others. I just want to say this class wasn't only Scrum master for me it was more. I really appreciate what you have been doing and please keep doing it.

The CSPO class is an amazing course. I've taken the CSM and A-CSM. He is my favorite instructor. Lee is vibrant and entertaining. I've learned the skills on how to use the tools to become a better Product Owner.

Lee's session during Agile Open Florida 2019 was simply wonderful info-tainment. He understands that people want relevant information in consumably sized, memorable story form - and he delivers gourmet thinking with aplomb. His pace and tone vary in sync with the seriousness of message, well-placed pauses and crescendo/diminuendo align so his voice power and versatility of expression (Cajun, anyone?) matches strength of purpose and draws listeners into engagement. And engage he did, fielding questions with humility and respect from his swollen reservoir of agile, business, and really human experience. I've been to numerous conferences and presented at a few, been coached on my presentations and learned from those opportunities -- Lee is far better than my coach.

Lee gives a delightful presentation! In his talks, he leans on many of his own experiences and his own stories to drive home the significance of each point he introduces.

Lee paints a big picture for the audience using relevant stories and reference points. He also creates an interactive experience by incorporating audience members into the stories. This creates an extremely receptive audience.

Certified ScrumMaster Course

I learned a lot. I've learned that having great output is not as impactful (in a positive sense) if the desire outcome was not met. I've learned the importance of and differences of the roles of product owners, scrum masters, and developers/delivery teams.

Communication, collaboration, and feedback are essential to these processes. The product owner has the responsibility of knowing "WHAT" to build. Whereas, developers define and build the HOW (How will it be built? & Do we have the right people in place?, etc.)

Our instructor V. Lee Henson makes this class fun, engaging, and educational. The material can be a bit boring and dry without it.

I believe that this course is raising my awareness on how the world of a ScrumMaster, the skills required to be successful in this role, and is helping me see the value of prioritization, communication, automation of certain processes, as I lead teams and/or ensure that correct processes are in place to achieve and/or exceed the desire outcomes of our stakeholders.

Lee is full of Agile and life wisdom. His CSM class was engaging, enlightening and a complete pleasure. He taught from real world application and patiently answered a host of real business / agile transition questions.

Lee Henson is by far the best trainer I've ever seen. His in depth knowledge and experience, combined with his charismatic and hands on approach is unique and highly effective. From the first moment on you feel his passion and how much he cares about what he is doing. Somehow, even though you aren't the only one in the room, you feel like he is your best friend and ally.
