We are building a house and during closing for our construction loan they asked about our Builders Risk Policy....whoops totally forgot about that. This insurance agency has excellent products is extremely responsive and provides affordable options. By far the best insurance agency I have ever used. Multiple products available for everything you need to insure.

I retired to the county to have a horse ranch and downsize to a modular home. The modular is just as nice inside as my former $6ook home and at 2287 sq ft, with 9 foot ceilings, is not small at all. I was surprised to find my homeowners insurance on the new place went to $2800-$3000 with various agencies. This was twice the price for less than half the home value. I fortunately found Sean with Social Titan Insurance and got good coverage for ABOUT half the price from other agencies. STI is smart enough to realize that a modular with 2x6 exterior walls, half inch OSB covering outside and half inch drywall inside is totally different than the typical 2x2 exterior walls of the old mobile homes. 140mph wind rating verses 15mph wind rating.
I'd recommend everyone with a modular, and being ripped off on insurance rates, call Sean at STI and buy a horse with the money you save.
