I have been teaching for over 35 years and I still love my job. Brisk has added a component to my teaching that makes going to school every day still a joy. It has allowed me to broaden my horizons with all my subjects. I currently work with Special needs students at the high school level and their learning curves vary greatly. Brisk has allowed me to implement a variety of learning skills for all the ranges of learning abilities in one class. I have been able to teach a class and yet provide for each of them at their level of understanding. It has allowed me the time to create lessons, expand upon the ideas, and create rubrics, in a timely fashion. Brisk is my current favorite tool because it has everything a busy teacher needs to plan and deliver lessons. Brisk has quite literally changed the way I approach feedback for my students. What used to take me at least 3 hours now takes me about an hour. My students do a lot of writing in class, and using Brisk to provide feedback has helped me to better articulate the areas in which I want my students to focus for their next assignment. I still read through each paper and provide my own suggestions, but using the "Next Steps" or "Targeted" feedback function has been a life changer.

Brisk has been a life-saving tool for working with middle school students. I teach both AP Language and Composition and AP Literature and Composition classes. To say that I grade a lot of writing is an understatement! The best thing Brisk has done for me is allow me to give immediate feedback. I upload the AP rubric and ask for "targeted feedback" because after trying out the various options, this is what my students found most useful for revision purposes. This has changed my routine with teaching how to write exam responses. Now, I give the students a prompt and ask them to write it in one class period (the equivalent of time given on the test). I make them turn it in no matter how good it is. Then I run it though Brisk for feedback. I return the essay and students swap papers with the feedback and give peer responses to the feedback and offer suggestions for how to address it. This is done with Comments. Finally, I ask the writer to look at both peer and Brisk feedback and write their plan for their revisions also in a comment. Then they do those revisions and submit the whole thing for a grade. I cannot express how much this has improved my students' writing AND also helped me when I finally read the papers and grade them myself! The other tool I use the most is "Inspect Writing" to check for copying and pasting. I no longer have to accuse kids of cheating...I just tell them they copied and ask for a version that shows their writing process (most can't). If they can, then they get a grade. If they can't, I won't grade it at all. GAME CHANGER! By now, the end of the year, they know I do this for both big and small assignments. Very few try to use AI or their friends to cheat on assignments or writing. It isn't worth doing .

I am in love with it. I don't have to worry about making exit tickets and Google form assessments, only with a press of button and with answer key. It is absolutely amazing. Lesson planning as well used to take time to collect resources and types all the strategies I want to use in my class. Now I only attach the template, the comprehension passage and accordingly I get a lesson plan which I use a great deal of it depending on my students' levels and speed. As for worksheets, it is fantastic I just attach the terms and I ask brisk to set it in depth of knowledge DOK 1 2 3 4 and here we go the worksheet with answer key is in front of me. The last thing as setting assessment and it goes the same. I attached the passage, I give the instructions into DOK levels for comprehension, grammar, vocabulary and I get a version of the test planned according to the duration I requested. It made my life way easier, faster and directly to the point.

Brisk is one of my favorite AI tools for Education. The two primary reasons I love Brisk is first, that it is the #1 AI Chrome Extension for education. Meaning that it's ease of use sets it apart from other AI tools. There is no cutting and pasting of a URL or text into another site. Once you find a webpage you want to use, all you have to do is click the Brisk icon and bam you have a resource, presentation, quiz, etc ready to use and created right there in your Google Drive. The second reason that Brisk is one of my favorite tools, is a continuance of the fact that it is designed within the Google environment, so it's feedback tools make giving students feedback easy and seamless. In most school districts students are creating and turning in work using google doc, presentations, etc. so it just makes sense to have a tool that integrate directly with these tools. Brisk saves you clicks and brings the tool to your workspace. It's not a single function tools or so overwhelming, with a widget for this and a widget for that its usefulness becomes cumbersome and diluted. I can go to my drive and get the materials ready, voila, Brisk can take care of the rest and customize whatever i have in stock for students! Save me much time when I am struggling to make either a presentation deck, worksheets, and quizzes! The image upload, the new feature, is definitely a life saver for an English teacher who has to grade the papers. Now I can ask my students to write on their worksheets (Hey writing helps learning!) and the I have them give me images of their hand written works (via Google classroom or email) and upload to Brisk Teaching. I have been using brisk for quizzes, inquiry worksheets, making webquests, and wherever else I can think of. I love how easy it is. I have gotten several other teachers in my building using it as well. I have tried a couple other AI things and Brisk by far is my favorite! It has made last minute sub plans so easy. I want to share how I've been using Brisk in my teaching and grading. As a 6th grade English Language Arts teacher, I've found ways to make my work easier and more efficient.

First, I've reduced my grading time by using my rubric along with Brisk's feedback. This helps me give better comments to students without spending too much time typing and thinking. I like that the feedback includes information from the rubric and suggests ways for students to improve.

For student summaries, I use a method called "Glow, Grow, and Wonder." This helps students understand what they did well and what they need to work on to make their summaries better.

I've used several AI add-ons, but I always come back to Brisk. It is so easy to use, and I love all of the features that they have. I was a bit skeptical of Brisk at first, mostly because I had done a LOT of free trials with different platforms that offered interesting (but very limited) benefit. Brisk. has been the AI education assistant that really does keep on giving in powerful ways.

At first, I used Brisk primarily to help me create resources like quizzes and worksheets based on my content. As my familiarity with the way it worked continued, I used the writing tools and feedback to really enrich my students' writing experience. With Brisk's tools, I could make them write more! And for that writing, they could receive actual, targeted specific feedback in ways I had never been able to accomplish.

Using the Boost activities in Brisk has provided so many ways for me to enrich my class! I can set a learning goal for a reading passage and then assign the students to chat with Brisk. Using Brisk to create PowerPoints from YouTube videos and guided notes and a google quiz only takes minutes instead of hours!

I love Brisk! It has made grading so much easier. I am a high school Earth Science teacher, and we have been working on research projects. I give my students the rubric - the same I use when grding. Instead of taking days to grade, I can grade within an hour. And with the 'grow and glow' they can see what can be improved upon. Thank you so much. I will share my Brisk Level 2 certification with my staff at the end of the year. I have been asked to take one of the teacher workdays and share what I know. I have used Brisk since September when we ere introduced to the product. I love the interface it has with other programs both AI and Google/Office. I can create any number of classroom tools and assignments for my students. I use it as an introduction to new material, a guiding piece as well as formative or summative assessments. I'm so fortunate to be a user of brisk teaching. I love brisk because it has everything that I need to use as a teacher. Brisk helped me to plan lesson, prepare teaching and materials and more importantly brisk saved my time and I could change the way I teach . Brisk helps me daily in evaluating my students' written work. It differs from other tools because it gives me the possibility to work by skill groups, differentiating the jobs I do. Today, I used Brisk Boost's tutor feature with an existing study guide of ten topics. Brisk streamlined it into five key learning objectives. After testing it, I assigned it to my students, and here’s what I found:
The teacher dashboard was phenomenal—it allowed me to quickly assess where students were in mastering the content, letting me focus my time where it was most needed. The interface was also great at drilling down into each student's schema, building on their prior knowledge to help them understand the objectives more deeply.
The alerts for inappropriate use were super helpful too. 8th graders being 8th graders, I had to address some behavior, but they were shocked by how much insight I had into what they were doing. Many even asked if other teachers could use this as well. Most students said this was one of the best test reviews they’d done, as it pushed them to really engage with the material instead of just doing a simple right-or-wrong quiz. It encouraged more exploration and understanding from different perspectives, and they had a lot of fun with it too.
