When I first reached out to Carmina, I came in search of a detailed food plan telling me precisely what to eat. Copy and Paste! Rinse and Repeat! I was (and still am) part of a weight loss group that I love, which gave me valuable support and friendships and helped me see weight loss from a spiritual perspective. However, I felt like I’d hit a wall and didn’t know how to move forward—I was doing all the “things,” but the weight wasn’t budging.
During our initial session, it became clear that Carmina’s approach went well beyond offering nutrition advice. At first, I was hesitant because I had already done personal development work and believed I no longer needed coaching. I only wanted a simple food map to follow. I have been struggling with my weight since I was a teenager... I felt like bubble gum; today I lose, tomorrow I gain it back. But then I found your program. It wasn't a diet but a lifestyle. When I first started working with Carmina i was afraid nothing would change. I would just be paying and do the same things I've always done. But that hasn't happened. I'm slowly changing my life long bad habits and creating new ones. My blood sugars are in better control and I'm loosing weight. I've tried different things that have worked in the short term but I always went back to my old, unhealthy ways. Working with Carmina is great. Time management and planning are the most difficult for me but I'm getting good at it. Whatever your health goals are I'm sure Carmina can help you too.
