FINALLY, something that actually works! I’ve suffered from excruciating menstrual cramps my whole life. I’ve tried it all and can honestly say Ascentra not only helps with the pain, but I haven’t had cramps for my last four cycles. My only complaint is that the bottles are too small. I wish there was a bigger bottle so it last longer…. Or maybe I’m using too much at a time, but it tastes really good, lol.
