I opened my case 2 years before Covid struck along with the lockdowns and turndown in the economy.
During this time, I was laid off 3 times and fell behind on my payments.
Erik Clark and his staff were amazing in getting my plan reorganized the first time to avoid 6 mos arrears payments. After two more layoffs I was 3-4 months behind at the time of rehiring. I almost thought I wasn't going to make it.
Again, BLC stepped in and were able to stave off the Trustee's motions to dismiss my case and throw me back to the wolves!
