The crew was very energetic, as well as professional while working on the job. As for my contact ,"Dave", he was fantastic. He worked well with our insurance co. & went the extra mile to make sure things were done as quickly as possible. When there were any issues, all vender generated, they were taken care of within hours of the same day. The worst thing that happened was having to deal with the inclement weather we had. We had storm damage to our roof and was referred to Dave at United Family Builders. He came out, inspected the property and helped us start a claim with our insurance that same day. Had weather damage to my roof Dave came out was super friendly and professional took pictures and confirmed the damage and helped with my insurance claim process, a few weeks later I was approved and quickly put on the schedule for new roof and gutters his crew was professional, they were careful around the flower beds and cleaned up very well.

They were quick and clean with the tear down even with 2 layers of old shingles and the new roof looks great, gutters came out nice I couldn't be more happy with how things went im already talking to them about my next project of re-siding the whole house!
