The Service Alliance Group does so much! They really believe in their tagline of "elevating the industry" and, before they ever developed a membership product, they poured an immeasurable amount of time and passion into serving men and women in service professions. The morning grind sessions talk about practical issues facing workers in these industries and apply Biblical principals to help deal with them in a Godly way. In addition, the resources are fantastic!
Specifically, my husband and I enrolled in the beta mastermind several months ago and were able to share ideas and develop a support network with several other appliance business owners. No matter what level you are at or how long you have been in business, I truly believe that we all can benefit from walking through business ownership together. I highly recommend enrolling in a mastermind if you can dedicate the time.
In addition to running our business with my husband, I work as a Quality Program Manager for a hospital laboratory, so I am very familiar with policy writing. However, I didn't really know where to start with regards to what policies we needed in our appliance service business. The library of policies and procedures available in the Service Alliance Group is so helpful to get started!
