The Customer Education Community is my secret weapon. As a career switcher, I was feeling so lost on building out an effective training and customer education experience and was totally spinning my wheels. After stumbling upon the customer education community, I've been able to connect with experts in the field, gain exposure to awesome research and writing, and even pay it forward by sharing what I've done to newer members :). I love that I have a place to ask questions and get guidance around new initiatives or experiences that I've never done before. The community gives me confidence to know that I am moving forward with best practice!
