Wow, this book was outstanding! Said has a masterful grasp of the subject matter, and the book is highly informational and valuable. It is far more in depth than anything else I have read on brain health.

It's hard to disagree with content that was clearly designed to help and improve everyone's lives, with techniques and tips that make complete sense.

Such an awesome book that led me to take many notes (based on reading Building a Second Brain) and the reason you see a snake plant behind me on my latest videos on LinkedIn. :)
