Very skilled and professional in providing prescription glasses. Elsewhere, occasionally tend to get prescription glasses that cause dizziness but here you get very meticulous process of matching the right lenses.

I have been using Guan Ho Leong Opticians for a few years - i return to them because i find the staff to be very professional and always very courteous. Recently, my bag was snatched and my glasses were inside, so i went straight back to order a replacement pair - once again, i was impressed with the service that was provided: the efficiency of their record system (meaning that i did not have to undergo another eyesight test at that time); the kindness they showed towards me at an extremely stressful time; and the speed at which they ordered and delivered my new glasses. Bought a pair of Rudy Inkas from Sam and found their service, and prices to be amazing. Prescription lenses were also finished with the best quality.
Not long after (3 months), I damaged the hinge on the Inkas (my own fault) and planned to get a new pair. Took them to the same store, met with Sam and he managed to fix the problem. Happily told me "...see, no need to get new ones". I think its quite rare to get honest service today and it looks like they have won me over as a customer.
