This was hands down THE BEST virtual event I have ever had the pleasure of participating in. When I saw this event, Immediately recommended it to my boss, and I'm thrilled to report that it was an absolute hit. Working on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) together was nothing short of fantastic.

Our agency is in a phase of growth, but it's just the two of us on the agency ops team. So, carving out dedicated time to learn the start and stop, steps, input/output/purpose technique together was incredibly valuable. We can't wait to apply this newfound knowledge to our team's operations!

One aspect of this event that I particularly loved was the idea of educating our colleagues to help us build out our SOPs together. As previously mentioned, there are only two of us on the ops team, and the prospect of creating all the SOP documents on our own can be quite daunting. However, if we can get others on board to participate in this "relay", we can collectively make a much larger impact! The potential for collaboration and efficiency is truly exciting.

Tbh, it's one of the workshops I've been looking forward to this SOPtember 😀

I've been writing SOPs for our business and clients.

I hate to admit it, but it's taking me hours to create them 😅

Most of the time, I'm putting it aside 💩
(I know... coming from a Process Specialist, right? lol)

But I know a lot can relate to that because I was with them last night (my fellow attendees) 🤣
