From Trauma to Triumph: My Life-Changing Journey with David
I have been working with David for more than a year now. When we first began, I was in an anxious, awful state, having gone through significant trauma and was basically experiencing a dark night of the soul. From the start, with each session, he worked with me to help me understand and make sense of what I was going through. He gave me so many tools to help me change the old patterns that I had developed in childhood, which were not healthy or useful in adulthood. They had left me drained and feeling stuck. Over time, I moved from just trying to deal with the situation enough to to get through the day, to learning new tools to retrain myself to process emotions and learn from them to heal and grow. I was a ruminator and worrier, but David taught me how to direct those energies and pathways into positive, creative and intellectual directions. He helped me to understand my experiences from psychological, scientific and spiritual vantage points, so that I could become conscious of feelings and emotions to grow in healthier, more positive directions. I have a much stronger sense of self and far more confidence. And for the first time in many years, I have completed several creative endeavors and taken on new projects. I am no longer anxious, my sleep has improved and I am enjoying life. The whole approach has been life changing for me and, very importantly, lasting.

Starting on my journey it's has been very difficult for me to be a part of more advanced members in other groups, but not at Zen Rose Garden! I started working with Heather and David over two years ago. I suffered from depression, anxiety, and undiagnosed PTSD. I took medication just to get out of bed everyday and get myself to a job that although was well paying, I felt like I was dying inside. Heather and David have an amazing ability to get to the root of whatever issue you have. In my case, it was repressed childhood trauma. I couldn't heal from it because I wasn't aware of it, so I was just stuck. They brought the trauma to the surface so I could heal from it. As someone who has struggled with depression and poor self esteem for a majority of my life I can say without a doubt that anyone that has any inkling that they need help, to make an appointment with David and Heather right away. While I know more positive effects are still to come, I thought I should share my feelings of the experience. I felt completely secure under David's direction. He was able to help me go deep into my subconscious, revealing details of my past that made so much since in regards to my current struggles. Hi, my name is Nikki, and I highly recommend David.
Recently, he helped me overcome 10 years of panic attacks in just one session.
More than 10 years ago, I had an episode with hypoglycemia, and because of it, I had high anxiety whenever I would think about driving or actually driving.
And over the years, it evolved into full on panic attacks to the point that I would avoid driving.

Very healing experience Had a 30 min reiki session. It was my 1st experience and it was amazing. Improved My Relationship With Money
I recently had a session with David. I wanted a session with David because I felt like I was having some limiting beliefs when it came to money
and why I had this bad relationship with money and why that was keeping me from getting the income that I needed and having the financial abundance in my life that I really wanted.
I couldn't understand why I wasn't breaking through and getting the clients that I wanted to have and making the money I felt I needed to be making in order to have this business be sustainable and profitable.
During my session with David, we went on a guided meditation where he brought me to some key memories in my life that were causing these blockages and causing this negative mentality and energy towards money.
And not just towards money, but towards people who have money and these limiting opinions and beliefs that I had about people who have money.
There was almost an instant release of these emotions that I didn't even know I was still holding on to and harboring this mentality that I didn't even know existed within me.
And that's not even the most amazing part about my session with David.
Within hours of my session with David, I had one of my client's family members, walk up to me and just hand me a wad of cash.
She said she wanted services for me. She wasn't sure when she wanted the services done, but said, "Here, just take the money so that way I know it's paid for."
I had been doing work for a family member of hers that is receiving cancer treatment, and I'd been doing it pro bono.

My session with Heather and David was nothing short of amazing. I am a intuitive arts professional and was really stuck with which direction to go in. After going through a very traumatic time, and just when I was beginning to give up all hope, I came across Zen Rose Garden's YouTube account. I watched one video and was instantly hooked - Heather and David seemed to get me better than I understood myself. I could relate to absolutely everything they said. As someone who has struggled with depression and poor self esteem for a majority of my life I can say without a doubt that anyone that has any inkling that they need help, to make an appointment with David right away. He will listen to you and guide you through all of the challenges you deal with everyday. I highly recommend this amazing person! I probably made more progress in getting passed my emotional hangups in two 1-hour sessions than I have made in over a decade of talk therapy and medication.
