I attended Mish’s live online seminar, where Mish presented a thoroughly professional and educational presentation on Menopause and Mish’s new and exciting Protocol GRACE.
I have attended a number of Mish’s workshops/lectures at NZ Exercise conference and truly value all her presentations. As well as this I receive Mish’s weekly Monday Muse. These are just full of real-life situations and information that I totally can relate to. So, when GRACE was put in front of me, I just had to know more. Over 70% of my clients are woman, therefore as a trainer and more importantly a male I felt the need and a responsibility to learn more about menopause and how the GRACE protocol could fit into my world working with woman.
Personally, I am so pleased I made the choice to learn more about menopause and the GRACE protocol. I now have a far greater respect and understanding about the processes woman go through in life and the impact it has on so many, as well as the different ways it affects each woman. It has inspired me and given me the tools and knowledge to introduce GRACE to the woman in my community.
I intend to take this new knowledge and learnings and run seminars for men. In my view I believe it is just as important for men to understand the cycles a woman goes through in her life and most importantly what and why their experience can be like a roller coaster ride. I’m sure a majority of men feel they just don’t understand woman, their moods, their unexplained and misunderstood reasoning and perhaps if men had more education around menopause there maybe less divorce and more support for their partner.
Thank you, Mish, for sharing your knowledge with me. I am truly inspired, excited, knowledgeable and confident to ask woman the right questions that will allow me to support woman through each day of their life.
