Before the Crush Your Cravings Challenge, I would crave fried foods and junk food once I was stressed. I'd grab the quickest food in sight as my first response.
After the challenge, I paused after becoming stressed, reflected on my triggers & journaled for for several minutes. I considered multiple options to respond to my stress. I made better choices that didn't necessarily involve food.
I think before I eat and allow time for my food to digest prior to getting second servings.
Everyone should take the challenge! It's like nothing I've done before.
