My name is Jake Freeman, Im 18 years old, and a 2024 graduate from high school. What brought me to Dr. Mills at Alinea Performance, is half way through my senior season of baseball, I suffered a high level hamstring strain. I was out for the rest of the season, but with hopes of going to play in college I knew I needed to recover as quickly as possible and get back to performing at an elite level. Throughout my time working 1 on 1 with Will, each and every week I could feel my body feeling a little bit better each and every time. I progressed way quicker than I would have ever thought at the initial point of my injury. In less than 8 weeks I was back to where I needed to be and even better than I was before the injury. I now have a showcase lined up in the beginning of June and am going to spend the rest of my summer playing in collegiate baseball league in Puerto Rico, which is huge considering I thought I wouldnt be back to 100% until late July - early August. Will is great at what he does and truly cares about  optimizing not only your recovery, but performance as well, and I wouldnt want to see anyone else if any injury were to reoccur in the future. Doc Mills is as quality as it gets in the realm of PTs. 10/10 recommend !!

Im a current patient of Dr. Hamilton Mills, and Im already seeing a significant improvement in my leg and back pain after only two visits. Years of Jiu Jitsu competition left me with consistent back pain that eventually led to pain and numbness in my legs. I fought it at home for about 2 months before finally making an appointment. Dr. Mills was able to quickly identify an issue with my glute medius and gave me a few exercises to try at home. Within two days, my leg pain was completely gone and has not returned. My husband, John, and I have been working with Brian Barney at Alinea Performance for several months.  Last year John, at 82,  suffered multiple seizures lasting 3 days. I work long hours operating machinery in a seated position and traveling rough terrain.
Having recovered from surgery for a hernia, I was still suffering from testicular pain and lower back pain.  It was hard to walk and it felt like my lower body was in constant pain.  X-rays, ultrasounds, MRI, and CT scans provided no answers.  A pain clinic only offered steroid injections and pain pills.  Luckily the urologist recommended Alinea for pelvic therapy.  I was skeptical,  wanting immediate results, but nothing else was helping.  I did everything they recommended, and before long, the pain began to decrease.  I had underworked glute muscles, for one, which can cause lower back pains.  My hip muscles were also weak and stressed, and the testicles are apparently attached to the hip bone.  Most of my pelvic floor muscles were tight and overly stressed, probably from lack of lower body strength and support.  Shockwave therapy, electro therapy, and proper stretching exercises all helped in getting me back to normal.  After all the doctors, surgeons, and specialists, Alinea were the only ones to provide the correct answers and solutions.

My experience with Dr. Rosi was exceptional. I reached out to him 3 weeks after a surgery for repair of my torn achilles. In March of 2023 I suffered an iatrogenic Rx drug injury that had left me with total pelvic floor dysfunction among many other systemic issues as an otherwise healthy 30 year old male pharmacy student. I'm 59 with bone on bone right knee that I had orthoscopic surgery done on three years ago, it never really healed properly.   I got a personal trainer that helped a lot but she recommended that I contact Dr. Joseph Rossi.  I was still very limited with my knee  The  personalized 1-on-1 therapy gave me hope and quick results    I have been seeing him for twice a week for about three months and my knees are great.  I can walk fast I just got back from a cruise walked all over Mexico all over the ship taking the stairs everywhere.   When I go for walks I can even break out into a slight trot. I continued seeing Dr Mills for several months post surgery, continuing pelvic floor strengthening to manage bladder leakage.
I’m extremely satisfied with the outcome of my therapy because I’m now dry.
I truly believe that starting therapy before surgery had a tremendous impact on my success. As a bonus Dr Mills worked on strengthening my hips, knees, and legs, which were debilitated from multiple fractures in the past.

Dr. Rosi was the most helpful and considerate physical therapist one could ask for. Until I had met and started working with him, I had been to several urologists dealing with some less-than-pleasant issues for a 22-year-old. Repeatedly, I had been told my issues were all in my head, and most refused to even let me speak. Pelvic floor dysfunction and the many issues associated with pfd are not well recognized in yet and are highly overlooked by urologists. Dr. Rosi helped start me on a path to recovery, listened to me when nobody else would, and considerably eased my anxiety regarding this subject.
