Our space feels lighter, simpler, and more productive. We now have more of a flow which helps us get our work done faster!

What surprised me was how with some help, we can peel back all the "fluff" and get to the root, making our day-to-day work less overwhelming, for myself and for our team.

I'm so glad we chose to go forward with Guided. The assistance and answers to any questions that popped up I know saved me so much time and painted a more clear end-goal.

I essentially think we are changing the way our team works, and that is difficult! However, we are doing it with support, training, and someone to encourage us along the way. In one of the first videos, I recall Layla mentioning that everything we would learn is rather simple — and she was right!

The difference is that we are relying on a tried and true system and that gives me confidence to continue. As a founder, my focus is on so many other facets of the business that implementing a well established system comes as a huge relief!

This does require a time commitment, but I can tell that the systems we are putting in place are already giving me better insight into the business and will help our team to be more independent, productive, and clear in their work.

I am already seeing the benefit of getting out of the weeds to focus on what only I can do. Thank you, Layla and the ProcessDriven team!

It's really good to know that we haven't forgotten anything. We haven't had to put out fires since the project was launched and implemented. The many zombies that used to shout from the sidelines, "Hey, you still have to do this and that!" have fallen silent. That's very liberating and makes me personally very happy. Seeing how the entire staff takes care of data maintenance and how meticulously it's done is inspiring.
Finished with the tinkering, let's get down to business!
The investment in one's own actions is worthwhile – how much time, money, and energy do you put into your personal training? But as soon as you start work, you're constantly rushing around and feel driven, instead of tackling the bull by the horns.
Looking back after completing the PD Guided training, I realize how short but steep my learning curve was. I feel incredibly empowered! Don't be afraid, you just have to want it!
