I'm just about finished my first build with Kincaid, and they've been really great! In particular, the customer service I've received from Steph Fabian has been awesome. She's kept me up to date during the entire process, and she's friendly, helpful and responsive.

It took almost two years to complete my property, but it was worth the wait. Kincaid has been extremely reliable from the very beginning up to the end. My house was constructed to a good standard as per my inspector and I’m generally satisfied with the final outcome. Great service. Aimee from the admin team assisted with all queries and was quick in responding. Work was delayed due to lockdown/timber shortage impacts, however, the admin team kept me informed about the progress. Happy with the quality of work done.

Steph was great, I was under stress due to some settlement issues, and she helped me relax with some calming words and reassured me that she would get the documents requested back to me ASAP. The whole process took less than half hour, what a champion.

Absolutely amazed at how on top of it Kincaid has been with us. Since our move in and the minor things that needed to be fixed has been attended to on the same day or the next day.

Overall very happy with the quality of the townhouse built by Kincaid. There were some delays which was mostly due to COVID and some building supply shortages. Customer service team is very responsive and friendly, special thanks goes to Aimee, Emily & Stephanie for their outstanding support in updating the progress.

We had a house and land package through Kincaid during COVID, and honestly we felt minimal issues with delays. Aimee was great to work with, always prompt in response when I had a question or concern. Our home is everything we wanted, thanks to Jo going above and beyond in helping us make sure our colour choices worked well together. We’ve been in here for about 6 weeks now, and have settled in perfectly and had ongoing communication with them following up to see how we are going. We had a sticky door knob which was causing us some issue, which was fixed within the hour (literally) of letting them know and minimal items to bring up at our 90 day maintenance appointment. We also had an independent building inspector who came in at every stage and was very impressed with the workmanship and often let me know how easy and cooperative our site supervisor Matt was to work with. Thanks Aimee, Matt and Jo for all your support while building.

Professional and extremely responsive. I am proud to represent Kincaid. My clients were given a fixed price quote to build on their land in March, contracts were signed within 48 hours and the team went to work arranging permits, engineering etc. etc.

Whilst I haven’t built with Kincaid they are building next to us in a new estate and I dealt with them recently when an issue with the boundary lines came up.

I spoke to Steph Fabian who went over and above to rectify this issue quickly and without passing me onto other contacts to deal with it myself. She followed through without issue and sent images once the work had been completed, thanks again Steph for helping resolve a potentially very stressful (and costly) situation quickly, much appreciated!
