I had two different re-fi loans at the beginning of the year. One with Jay Talbert at NEXA and the other with a company I will not name. The other company took over 6 months with one ridiculous request after another. Jay was impressive and completed and funded my loan at NEXA very quickly. Based on that positive experience, I have referred other friends to him. I highly recommend Jay. It was a pleasure doing business with him.

Highly recommend! And have already used him again. Jay was very helpful and thorough with refinancing different properties. His extensive lending knowledge really sets him apart of different lenders. He and his team were on top of all documents and deadlines, and helped secure fantastic rates. There were many difficulties, completely from my side and Jay was able to help.
