Aaron Robertson, Joline Robertson and their highly motivated team are honestly the best we have encountered. I am also a Property Manager but not in the Kern County area. We chose them to Manage our property because they are very attentive and always take care of our property and tenants. They have found us great tenants several times and always tend to their needs. If you have property and don't want to worry about things then definitely go with Authority Property Management (APM). We highly recommend them and will continue using them for all of our property needs. We do intend to take over one of our properties and travel for awhile once we retire. We will continue with APM to maintain our property so we can retire and travel with no worries.

If you're looking for a property management company in Redding, I recommend Authority. I've used their company for three years now, they're on it. Payments are made regularly and on schedule, prospective tenants are vetted and presented for review, and repairs are inexpensive and easy. They'll handle everything or let you play an active role. I get involved in some repairs, small things, and they're fine with that. I've also got alternative bids for larger jobs. Their repair quotes are always low and reasonable. Aaron and the rest of the staff are very responsive via email. They also put together end-of-the-year tax documents showing all expenses and income. I don't have any negatives to share.

I had totally lost control of my rental property and the tenant was not paying anything for several months. Joline was able to get everything straightened out in just a week with the tenant.
