Frank performed a complete remodel for my friend's rental home in Bell Canyon. My friend lives in Dubai, so since I lived in Bell Canyon, I watched over the project on a daily basis. It was a major remodel with a new roof, decks, rewiring, re-pluming, walls moved, all new stone floors--basically everything was changed. Everything went well. The subcontractors were excellent. The finished product was beautiful. I have no complaints.

Frank and his team helped remodel my master bedroom back in 2015. He answered all my questions and concerns, and went above and beyond to turn my master into a beautiful new space with a new walk-in closet, balcony, and bath. I would love to use econstruct again for my next remodeling project.

I managed a high-end remodel in an exclusive gated community in Los Angeles. It was the proverbial "one-wall remodel!" Walls were moved. All electrical was completely rewired with added panels. The upper deck had to be completely restructured. All flooring was changed to slate tiles and all counter tops were reshaped and had granite installed. Doors, hardware and the roof were replaced. During the construction, the owner often times changed the specs. In addition, as the project progressed, additional remodeling problems were encountered. Econstruct was professional, efficient, honest, and the charges were not exorbitant. All necessary permits were obtained. The project was completed in record time considering the constant changes and problems. Although Econstruct subbed part of the work, Econstruct had on-site supervision there most of the time. The home turned out beautifully. I have nothing negative to say.
