Preparing for a tradeshow in Shanghai, I needed visa for some of my employees. I was researching the web and came a cross several companies with very high fees and no availability for communication with human.
I was pleasantly surprised, by the friendly and professional attention I have received by the folks at service.in. They answer their phones and reply to their emails very quickly.
Highly recommending their service and assistance in obtaining Visa for China.Used their service for my husband's visa recently and we were very satisfied. If they miss your phone calls, they will always call you back. Their web site is functional and helpful. The charge is quite reasonable. It would cost more if we had to drive to Chicago to get this done. Definitely recommend.
We sent the passports to China Entry Visa via USPS priority and got them back within 2 weeks with the 10-year Chinese visa stamp.
Very helpful and very efficient. They give clear instructions via phone and via email. The San Francisco branch received my application materials on Monday (10/24) and today (10/28) they mailed the passport with the visa approved back to me. I also got the tracking number for the returned mail.
Heads up: Follow their instructions! This is the 2nd time within the last 2 years that I used the china 10 year visa service through this company's NYC office. I'm pretty satisfied with the reliability of the service and good customer service.
First thing first, I needed to make sure that I prepared the documents carefully and completely. For the china visa photo, I took my own photo using my smart phone against a white wall (much better than any retail passport photo service) and used epassportphoto.com to generate correct size photo (note that china visa photo has a weird size requirement which is different from US passport photo), and picked up the printed photo at local Walgreen. I downloaded the latest version of application form and filled in everything in PDF. This company also sent me a checklist. Once I gathered everything that's in the checklist. I printed everything and scanned all my documents to a new PDF, sent it electronically to the company for their review. They may ask you to make some corrections, etc. After that, I mailed everything to them (I used Fedex express saver). Note that I needed to buy the return shipping ahead of time. I also submitted my Fedex tracking on the company's website so that they expect when to receive it. It took about 1 week before they sent the passport back to me. Everything was pretty smooth. I called their customer service several times. I found their customer service is pretty knowledgeable.
The only thing they may need to improve is their website. It's a little confusing to browse. I didn't figure out how to check my case status online (even though I'm an IT guy), except that calling their customer service. However, the service is pretty reliable, which matters.Very easy to understand instructions. I did not get a call/email when they received my forms and did not get a call/email when they return them. I contacted them both times.
Fedex took the full five days and my return Visas went to Memphis, when I was just in Arizona. Don't understand that?? Not This company's fault however. All in all a very satsifactory experience. Oh, and they were less expensive than other visa companys.I sent an email requesting information and it was answered promptly. When I became ready to get my visa the online process was very easy . I only had one issue, supposedly my hotel reservation wasnt in the packet, so I emailed a copy and they couldnt open the attachment, so I gad to send it again. But only a minor glitch. From start to finish even with the delay it took only a week and half. Very pleased with the service and would recommend them to anyone
