I have been using shuttles and on occasion my own car to drive to and from Las Vegas from St. George, Utah for the past several years. I love the St George Express so much more than the St George Shuttle. The entrance was very inviting and they had complimentary coffee and hot chocolate which is very nice. The driver was on time and very polite. Definitely my new form of transportation.

I have traveled with St. George express a few times in the recent months for work. They are very cordial and punctual. They do their best to let you know of any traffic or delays ahead and will do everything they can to make sure you catch your flight on time. I love having wifi in the vehicle so I can get work done or sit back and watch a movie. If I start the movie when we pull out, it's just finishing when we get there, it's perfect! I will continue to use St. George express every time I fly. SO much better than driving and parking at the airport!

Our driver Charles did an excellent job driving us to Mesquite from the Las Vegas airport this past Saturday night. It was raining hard and we had wind gusts all the way. He drove safely and we appreciated it. Thanks George😀👍👍👍👍

SL Express cares about its customers! Shout out to Samuel, my driver on the late evening of 11/18/22. Turns out myself and another woman were stranded at the office with no pickups coming soon. Samuel, who had just arrived, driving our route, volunteered for two more trips after midnight and a long day!
In addition, he helped me with medical condition, bag, with never a hint of frustration.
I felt Samuel was a friend in the dark of night. Keep him! :)

My roommate was riding the shuttle down early early in the morning today and I was hesitant to let her go alone, but when I brought her to the stop the driver Bear was so upbeat and energetic. He greeted all of his passengers with such kindness that I felt safe to have her ride on the bus. Thank you for the awesome service you provide at that ridiculous hour and for having drivers like Bear that make people feel safe and comfortable to send their loved ones along.

Charles was our driver and he was AWESOME! I liked how he paid attention to detail, like seating us according to when we would be dropped off so no one had to crawl over anyone. Charles made sure we were comfortable and gave us all water before taking off. The driving conditions were not favorable, it was windy and raining, however, Charles handled the road like a boss! I felt safe. I cannot say enough about my first experience except to say I will use St George Express again in the future.

The trip was a breeze! Great way to get back and forth to visit my Grandma without needing a rental car. Super affordable and efficient. We had an awesome driver, James Brush. He was very helpful and knowledgable of the St. George area. Definitely recommend.

Salt lake Express is a great place to get shuttles from St George to Vegas. The shuttle is usually comfortable and the drive takes about 2 hours depending on how traffic is. We go there and order our shuttles about a week in advance to make sure there is availability. I highly recommend taking this shuttle if you do not want to drive.

Great customer service. I purchased a shuttle for work through Flexpass to get me from St. George to the airport in Las Vegas, NV. Flexpass didn't put me on the schedule. St Lake Express were awesome to rectify the issue and get me on a shuttle.

This is my third time booking with Salt Lake Express and my experience with them is fulfilling! I recently booked my bus with Any and she was absolutely amazing. Yesterday my sons and I rode in your super clean, nice and cool, free WiFi shuttle from Vegas with our driver, Thomas. Just thought you should know he's doing a great job! Very courteous and came to find us when we hadn't noticed him pull up. After many years (10) of shuttle experiences, this has been our best. Thank you! Also, the receptionists that I've talked to on the phone to help me coordinate shuttle reservations have been extremely helpful. Oh, and great fares! All around I'm very pleased.

He was without a doubt the kindest and most caring driver I have ever met!!
He helped several passengers making sure they were taken care of, and made sure that 2 passengers that were a few minutes were in there seats and comfortable!!
He asked several times if we were all ok with the temperature of the shuttle and if we needed water!!
It is wonderful to know you are taking a safe and comfortable shuttle ride when traveling with drivers like Carl Palmer!!

Such a great company! Came to Utah from Indiana, when I arrived at Las Vegas airport, they arrived at a timely manner and our driver was so sweet!
If you have a teenager or someone using this service alone, it’s one of the best for that. I highly recommend!
I’m now leaving Utah, and I’m the only one on the bus and instead of cancelling they let me take the shuttle and continue with my travel plans. Amazing company and trust worthy!

I love booking with Salt Lake Express, I recently booked my ticket with a girl named Maria and she was fantastic, very nice and very helpful. I had worries about missing my shuttle at the airport and she assured me that as long as I was on time for the shuttle I wouldn't miss it. One of the best customer service I have had in a while.

After having experienced Greyhound the past 8 1/2 days to complete a trip that was scheduled for 3, Salt Lake Express has been a breath of fresh air. Staff at the St. George terminal weren't just polite, they were eager to help. I arrived, bedraggled and fatigued at 3 AM from yet another Greyhound that was running 2 hours late with a ticket for the 10 AM Express. The agent checked the manifest, quickly converted my ticket, and sent me home six hours early! I doubt he knows how much it means to me after the ordeal I've been through with Greyhound, but let me say that heading toward a shower and my own bed means the world.

I take the slc express from St George to Duchesne and back a couple times a month and usually have the same drivers, every once in a while I get a different 1, but Devin is AMAZING! (St George to SLC airport route) he has always been so kind and helpful. My phone died and he let me use his portable charger. Always accommodating and extremely nice. I give 5 stars for my driver Devin!

Early morning (4 am!!!) ride to Vegas airport was made positive from the get go by female driver christie smith. Her pleasant cheerful Good morning, her efficient handling of all luggage and other matters made the trip in silence (so we all could sleep) perfect.

The driver that drove us from St. George office to the Las Vegas airport was very confident and calm even though he had to stop the van for some kind of safety issue or something. I felt worried a moment, but we could tell the driver was competent and he drove smooth and safe after that. So I felt better. We got to the airport on time. The driver was so nice and carried all of our luggage off the van. I am very grateful to him.

Much more comfortable seeing than Greyhound in my experience. Restroom was broken on my shuttle but it was communicated when we got on and we stopped for a 15 minute break.

I took the walmart shuttle with Houston P, and he was super nice. He even let me know how long he’d be stopped at walmart so I had a time frame for the few items I needed to pick up

Today I called the St. George office and spoke with Mary E. She was so understanding and helpful. The airline changed my flight and I was not able to use my shuttle booking and rather than get a credit which I will not use in the time frame allowed, I asked to be reimbursed. Mary E. explained that was not company policy but was willing to submit a request for me. I explained that at this time money is really tight for me and I would appreciate any assistance she could provide. Within hours I received notice of a partial refund. Thank you Mary E.! Because of your help today I will continue to go with Salt Lake Express rather than the other provider in town.

My husband barely missed a shuttle (through a different company) around 11:30pm in Vegas due to a late flight. He thought he'd be stranded there for the night. I saw Salt Lake Express had a shuttle leaving at 12:30, but it said "not available for sale" on the site. I called the company and even at midnight, my call was answered by the nicest guy who was able to contact the driver & figure things out to get my husband on board the 12:30 shuttle 🙌 Very impressed and grateful 🙏

Michel is so professional and kind. I like that I can get on pretty much anytime we need to head north or south. We will keep riding cuz its nice.

What a great experience with this company. I have taken a shuttle many times, but I’ve never had a driver that was so passionate and took care of his customers, by sticking to a tight schedule. When booking the shadows we all are trying to stick to our schedule and be on time, and this driver had all of that in mind. Super grateful for him, grateful for this trip, highly recommend.

Luke was our driver from Las Vegas to Saint george and there were some outside of our control factor travel issues but Luke was calm and patient and not only assured us he would do anything he could do to get our full bus back home safely but he had great kindness and was a great conversationalist. 5 stars to Luke with salt lake express crew!

I was nervous about it being a shuttle instead of an actual big bus but it surprisingly was a good experience. Plenty of air that was cold, space was decent, drivers one all trips have been awesome. Great drivers for sure and attentive to each passenger and any needs they may have. I would recommend them over Greyhound 100%.

I took the shuttle from Provo to St. George, December 3rd the 2 o'clock time. I have ridden many times I am still nervous every time. We had an extremely kind helpful
driver I was traveling with my big oxygen equipment. It was difficult to manage, when the driver seen me get out of my car he came over,and took care to place all my stuff and I on the bus.This is the best driver I have ever had. His name is Todd A. Thankyou for a safe trip home to my family.

I want to provide positive feedback regarding the performance of two (2) customer service representatives, Antonio and Devin, who provided exceptional customer service. My sister, Joanne, was on her annual trip to visit her sons in Idaho. Joanne takes Salt Lake Express from Boise airport to Rupert and enjoys the convenience of taking the bus. When Joanne got off the bus in Rupert, she left her favorite jacket on the bus. She was crestfallen.
I called Salt Lake Express to see what we could do, and I had the fortune to talk with Antonio. Antonio raised the driver on the radio, and the jacket was found. Yay!! Antonio suggested that the jacket could be returned to Rupert the following day when the bus would pass through Rupert. We agreed that it would be a viable plan and we would talk the next day at 1:00 pm to confirm the plan.

The following day, I had the good fortune of talking with Devin who confirmed that the jacket was on the bus and Joanne could receive it by going to the bus stop at the appointed stop time.

Joanne was overjoyed to get her favorite jacket back, and I want to express appreciation to the Salt Lake Express management on the performance of Antonio and Devin so that they could acknowledge them in some appropriate way which will inspire them to continue their excellent customer service to other customers like they had done in our interaction.

I am a traveler who had a problem with ticket booking, so I called Salt Lake Express. The gentleman who answered the phone was very patient and friendly. He helped me solve the ticket booking problem and allowed me to take your bus twice. Their drivers are also very serious and responsible in their work.

Drivers are friendly and buses are clean some even have outlets for charging.

We had an amazing experience with Salt Lake Express. Devin Begody is an accomodating and respectful driver all throughout our trip. We will highly recommend this service and Mr. Begody!

I have used Salt Lake Express multiple times going back and forth from St George to Salt lake. I have gotten to know everyone working at the St George Office. Their manager Neidine is very kind and helped me when I was lost at the greyhound terminal in Salt Lake. I also met with the ladies and gentleman that works in the lobby when they used to have their office location at the Kmart plaza. I had the privilege to work the Matthew and also got to speak with Any, Maria and Michele W and also Tj. They are always friendly and helped answered all my questions. I also got the chance to meet Michelle J and Sandra and Brian and Janae a while back when I was catching a 4am shuttle to Salt lake. I think everyone that works at the st George office are a great team and I feel like they deserve more that 5 stars.

Claudia Carlisle is fantastic. She is a driver that took time on her break to help me get on a different shuttle last minute.

She went out of her way to make sure I wasn’t stranded. The email I received showed the Maverik pick up location on Bluff street, and come to find out, I was in the wrong spot.

That really could have left me in a bad spot. I’m traveling by myself and would have had to wait 6 hours for the next shuttle.

Locations should be updated regularly for travelers.

The driver Bart Clements gave wonderful service. Even though there was road work traffic he did his best to get us to our destinations in a timely manner. Appreciated his service and kindness.

Wayne Stephensen is a great driver. He offered us an ice cold water before we left the airport. He was sure to tell us how to recline the seats and made sure everyone was comfortable. The bus was kept at a nice temperature, that was nice its a hot summer evening in Utah.

Waited at the St George office for some time before catching the bus to go up to Draper. The staff were very friendly and cheerful, Randy S was very personable and made the effort to talk to everyone and brought down all other traveler's anxiety for their trip.
The shuttle experience was smooth and the bus I traveled in was clean. Overall, a great experience with Salt Lake Express!

My journey from Salt Lake City to St. George was one of the best ever. The captain of the ship was Misael Aguilar who provided excellent customer service from loading the luggage to a smooth ride.
It was the first time I had traveled in the larger bus that featured electrical outlets, USB ports and plenty of comfortable leg room. Misael guided us through the beautiful Utah landscape with an expert hand and made my trip a true adventure.

I deliver for GoldCup St George and I've used your shuttle service several times and have recommended it to many of my friends and family. I deliver hot beverages every month to the St George office and have always felt welcomed by the workers there. It was really sad to see them leave the location but I know I can't ask for a better shuttle customer care service. Thank you all St George customer service associates for always making my day when I make my deliveries and thank you shuttle drivers for your shuttle services.

I've used SLE so many times to catch my flights out of Vegas I can't even count. They are reliable and courteous. Donnie was my driver on this run and he was the friendliest one yet. Great conversation and very accommodating, give that guy a raise! I'll be back :)

I took the 10:30 PM shuttle from Las Vegas airport to St. George and Donnie was a very capable young driver .

The van is very clean and comfortable. We had Claudia C as our driver. She was great! You could tell she's very aware of the road and challenges it can bring. She even had some great insight on places to stay and things to do. Thank for the relaxing ride! Well be using your services again!

I took the shuttle today 12/9 from Layton to Cedar. The drivers were very nice, the bus was clean and comfortable. There was a charging port which came in handy. The best this about the trip was there was a stop to switch buses & drivers for the south bound passengers. The bus that was coming North to meet us was delayed due to an accident. So the South bound bus took us Nephi instead of Spanish Fork, which was further South. They did this to make up the time that would be lost due to the delay of the North coming bus. We arrived in Cedar only about 3 minutes late. Way to go SLS.

Very easy to schedule and the experience was what I expected! Seats were clean and comfy. No bad odors. Friendly enough drivers. Felt safe. Reasonable prices. What more can you ask for?
