My favorite speaker presentation was by Jane Harbison, and she went the extra mile to make sure I could access her freebie when I had trouble. Her 5-Colour Palette info inspired me to connect my sewing experience with learning a new skill--watercolors! This will be so helpful as I study how to use the color wheel concepts in watercolor.

I’m we to all of this but I was jazzed to watch the quilling one - I love those cards- they’re so pretty and she made it seem so simple, I might give it a try 👍
I also watched Mandy’s fabric wristlet keychain. Really want to make a bunch of those for gifts- hope I can figure it out !

What you love about the HobbyScool Craft & Create Club. I love that it gives me opportunity to se something about several subjects, so I can get inspiration and learn where to go if I wish to try a subject further. (hope it makes sense!)

Loved the quilling tutorial. It was easy to follow, to the point, and demonstrated a craft that you can pick up without needing heaps of lessons or spending a lot of money.

I enjoyed the variety of craft offerings. I especially liked "Sew It, Weave It, Quilt It" with Nancy Myers and the two courses making polymer clay earrings.

I really enjoyed Beyond Store-Bought Patterns: Simple Steps to Create Digital Clothing That's Uniquely Yours by Christina HadleyDike. I hope to continue with this digital pattern making and altering. I am currently learning Affinity Designer, Christina used this software in her session.

I enjoyed the ones that I was able to watch but, the ECO PRINTING was really cool & informative - super neat ideas with everyday materials!

The workshop on embroidery stitching was the best one.

I was amazed at how much was taught in ony 3 days and the variety of subjects and skills! I appreciated the classes being recorded so that I could access them in my time zone!

I loved the fabric postcards by Beth Ann Williams. Great idea to use fabrics for postcards, instead (or with) paper. And I loved how she embellished them (stitching, applique, stamping etc).

Great presentations. Equally important was the ease in finding and watching the presentations. Thank you!

Hello, all the presentations were wonderful : - crafted with interesting ideas, great enthusiasm, and a real sense of beauty. I watched almost everything, and I cannot single out just one presentation. A spirit of creativity was in the air, and each creator showcased the beauty of their work in their own unique way. It was an incredible pleasure to witness such amazing skills.

The speaker from Patterns on the Prairie was GREAT!. Her website is worth the visit. I will be attempting some of her applicate.

Enjoyed the variety of topics to sample over the 3 days. The One Quilt Block, Intro to Free Motion Quilting, and Draw a Cubist Face were my favorite workshops. The time frame was just right and plan to complete the Cubist stained glass quilt block.

Including a brief description of the workshops would be helpful to help determine if the topics are what the viewer is antcipating (started 2 sessions before realizing that it was not what I was looking for). Thanks for offering the workshops. Much appreciated.

No matter our age - learning news things and stimulating memories of forgotten things is what keeps us young. Thank you so much for everything - what fun!

I liked the variety of subjects. I enjoy quilting but also enjoy other crafts and it was a nice mix of media.

There was a variety of sessions in the fall Hobby School & Create Club! Sewing, embroidery, macrame, painting and sketching. I most enjoyed the pace. Presenters went slowly and demonstrated how to do the projects. THANKS!!

I feel more empowered to create truly authentic clothing&fabric in my style; the techniques behind eco dying , patchwork pockets, and cubist face appliqué art classes are phenomenal! Thank you so much for giving us these tools and thus, more creative freedom!

I enjoyed the Terazzo Tile Earrings session. It was something I'd never tried and appears to be easy and adaptable to other types of jewelry.

I loved being part of the Creative Tech Summer Retreat. Cristine and the team looked after their speakers so well, and the mix of makers meant every session taught me something I hadn't thought of ... I came away with more ideas than I arrived with. A genuinely lovely community to be part of.

I purchased the VIP because there is never enough time and I watch watch then try and keep trying til I get it. I've been wanting to use the procreate and have been intimidated by it. Thank you to all the presenters. I will watch you all over and over again.

I wasn't sure I would like it, but I watched Johnna Kirk's session on using AI to create junk journal pages and in particular the database that she created. It was amazing! I actually went through the process to download it and then try it out, knowing that it would help cement the process in my brain. I was blown away by how much I liked the result. I have tried AI before, but my prompt creating ability is nil. I love having a beautiful starting point to work with and being able to use Canva as well to manipulate the results. Thank you so much Johnna!

My favorite sessions were Canva, Affinity and Procreate. My favorite presenters were the ones who were professional teachers or had the innate gift of teaching.

Participating as a speaker in the Creative Tech Summer Retreat was a wonderful experience. I received such kind words from the attendees about how much they enjoyed and learned from my presentation and that felt so good. Hello, I enjoyed the presentations by most of the creators because each had a unique style, and beauty radiated from every aspect. I won't single out just one technique, as I plan to use several: those for market research, creating beautiful designs, and evaluating my own work. It was a pleasure to watch such practical and beautiful presentations.

I enjoyed the plant holder macrame demo. I do macrame myself and its always good to see how others create something.

Crystal Martin sparked my desire to go back and find my 1970's tote of macrame cord and supplies!!! I can't wait to practice her knots and make those plant holders again!!!!!!!!

My favorite event was Delight Rogers' Freedom Feather. It was just mesmerizing watching her add so many individual touches to that piece! And I enjoyed listening to her talk it through! She made the feather become something that I believed I could create and be happy to frame and display!

Loved all the different ideas that were presented. The one that caught my attention most was the macrame basket. Absolutely have to try this - am mainly into mixed media, scrapbooking and cards.

I loved the clay earrings workshop . It was interesting and fun to wrap gold leaf around the clay and make beads that had a gold edge to them . It added such a special touch !❤️

I loved listening to all of the presenters. I learned so much from all of them. From how to paint with shading and macramae. The one I loved most was the freedom feather, it was so relaxing and easy, because you used nature in any way you chose to, it was amazing.

I thoroughly enjoyed the Art of Expression Summit. I watched nearly all of the presentations over the course of of the past two weeks. I have a VIP Pass because some days I am not well enough to participate in events, either online or in person.
I joined HobbyScool because I am no longer able to do the fine artwork and hand-sewing I used to enjoy and want to find other forms of artwork and crafting that suit my limited abilities.
Many of the presenters really inspired me to have a go at contemporary art. Judy Woods was my most favourite, and I loved Einat Kesslar's Journalling style. The other presenter that really hit a strong cord with me is Samantha Wallen. I started writing a novel nearly 10 years ago, but life's complexities kept interrupting and that journey came to a halt. Samantha's advice, rational encouragement and her overwhelming sincerity have me believing it is worthwhile to get back on the road and finish that writing project.

I haven't been able to complete any projects from the summit as yet, but I had quite a few aha moments and the overall positive emotional well-being I felt made my participation so rewarding.

I was amazed at the talent each individual shared and was happy and grateful to be part of this

The speakers were great. Many provided beautiful handouts (free gifts) which were above and beyond. I especially enjoyed the session by Dee Maeme. She was organized like a professional educator and conveyed her message clearly. The entire conference was great.

This was such a brilliant concept. I watched almost all of the presentations, so I can't pick my favourite as I was just so happy to see everyone share their passion. I'm grateful for the downloads and I learnt a lot! Thank you.

The presentation that inspired me came from Susan Rossiter. She explained her process very clearly and demonstrated her use of various brushes and tools. Her colour palette was harmonious and attractive although it is clear that other choices are possible. I took notes on each stage and look forward to trying out my own exploration of negative space.

Consie Sindet inspired me with her simple yet beautiful cairn journal. It was something different than just regular doodles and could easily be used to make cards and small art gifts. I like this sort of meditative mixed media using supplies I already have.

According to the notes I took, Johnny Thomas, Meital Regev, Consie Sindet, Misty Gage, Einat Kessler, Nadine Milton, Maira Vial All inspired to and connected with my skill level and interest. All of these taught me something new and were saved in the "to pursue".

I loved the mixed media with trees and wild life. Also the stapled rocks with shading. Mark making collage with kettle. Shading with blue water colour. Thank you. Enjoyed it a lot!

I am so glad I caught the mixed media teacher! Learned a crazy amount from her like printing your own tissue paper with stamps, DIY acetate text shapes, layering with Magicals, on and on.. Each technique was fascinating to watch! Thanks for sharing this talent with us ❤️

There were so many great presentations that it's hard to pick just one! Since I didn't write them down, I don't really recall which ones I liked the most, but I can say that it was a very worthwhile summit! Thank you all so much!

I enjoyed and learned valuable lessons from many of the presentations. I have always been detail oriented and tried to create with precision. I now realize that I need to relax and let go more often. Experimenting is going to be a challenge that I am going to work on immediately.
Misty Gage has opened my mind to mixed media. I am going to start thinking out of the box and trying new mediums and see what I get. Shinah Chang got me interested in Calligraphy. I am going to try to incorporate it into many of my projects.
I would have to say that Meital Regev taught me the most. She had some really helpful ideas for selling my art. Learning the best way to photograph my art is an area that I had little knowledge in. She surprised me when she said that only 8% of her sales came from the actual painting itself. I thought it would be more than that. Now I understand the importance of budgeting for print making, since it will be where I make the majority of my money from.

I am not an artist so. working with paints is not my cup of tea. I mean I can blend out a decoupaged design on a piece of furniture BUT watching all of the presentations have sparked something in me to try painting. I really liked the mixed media ones and especially the one using encaustic wax. Never heard of it before.
Being left handed has always been hard for me to do calligraphy. Or any type of lettering for that matter. I downloaded and subscribed so I am bound and determined to do lettering better. I have lots of time to practice since I am retired.
Who says you can't teach and old dog new tricks?

I thought Lora H and Micah watercolor presentations were incredible. Jodi was great also.. I thought the glazing and encaustic presentations opened my eyes to a new way. The mentioned presenters could have been the ones that did that...everything running together with how great this was.

Einat Kessler's junk journal was my favorite. She provided the digital files and gave excellent instructions.

I enjoyed Judy Woods’ session the most, reminding me to enjoy the process. Working with loose and interesting backgrounds and building up with layers of paint, shapes, and lines is so enjoyable. Thank you for the lovely session Judy!

The doodling session bought back memories of my much younger days, time to try it again.

If you are in a creative rut, taking a few sessions of Hobbyscool Art of Expression Summit should be on your agenda. Each session is only 20 to 30 minutes long and the topics are varied from watercolor to writing. The teachers are generous with tips and free gifts that are valuable even after the sessions are over. They hold you by the hand and encourage you to try, keep trying, and to succeed. One of the presenters, writer and book coach Samantha Wallen said, "Your words matter in the world." What an invigorating reminder that however we choose to express ourselves, whether in writing or art, there is room for everyone. Thank you to the entire Hobbyscool team and to all the teachers who made this possible!

I am just starting to get interested in journaling and I really enjoyed all the inspiration given by the journaling speakers. All of their free downloads are greatly appreciated. I've already put together Einat Kesslers journal, now to embellish. I also enjoyed Shinah's calligraphy presentation . Her teaching method makes it less intimidating. Thanks for putting together such a great event.

Judy Woods and Nadine Milton are the artists I learned the most from: Judy Woods for the letting go and intuitive approach of abstract acrylic painting and Nadine Wilton for her use of watercolor powders and her great gel printing process.
I have done several projects but can't show them yet to the group because of a recent problem with my phone and computer...

The mixed media presentations really sparked my imagination. I've never done it, and now I'm excited to start doing it.

A wonderful free three day event. I enjoyed lots of speakers at the summit especially the journaling and writing lessons. Great to have this short sessions to be able to sit and create.

Susan Rossiter’s workshop gave me something with which to build on what I do anyway; just a gentle little something new to try, to bring a different dimension. I loved it.

I enjoyed learning all the new things available in the selection of presentations. I liked the presentation on are journaling the best. This is something I want to get into and it was very informaative.

I enjoyed the Judy Woods session the most, because although I watched 4 or 5 others, that was the only one I painted along to and produced four pieces of art.

I enjoyed Consie Sindet’s tutorial on cairns. Very fun..
I also like that you got to watch the replay for 24 hours thank you.

Thank you for this event! There was one session that truly stood out to me. It was 📓 Consie Sindet — From Perfection to Play: Create a Watercolor Cairn Journal That Grows With You. Not only did I create with her, I created even more the following day! Her ideas, techniques, and information shared were outstanding! I had never thought of painting a cairn. I honestly have fallen in love with this! It is such a fantastic way to express yourself and it is different and fun every time! Consie did such a fabulous job!! I adored her event!

Along with so many others, I enjoyed Carrie Smith's bird box.

I loved the variety of the workshops. I really appreciated Dee Maene's easygoing approach to doodling. I downsized her printables to fit a notebook that I keep on my desk, and I hope that will encourage me to actually do a little doodle every day. Consie Sindet's Watercolor Cairns was also intriguing and well suited to my limited art skills and supplies.

Fantastic instructors in a variety of mediums, including writing!

I enjoyed the Summit very much and watched most of the sessions!!!! The one I appreciated most was on calligraphy. I have seen other presenters about this topic, but hers stressed less about forming the letters and more about being your creative self. I like that philosophy! I am a crd maker, so enjoyed those sessions a lot, too. But, painting, drawing, etc. were all helpful and instructive. THANK YOU!!!

Thank you for having this awesome hobby skool. I love it! I learnt about cairns from Consie. I have a rock collection and have never drawn any of them. Im trying to remember all of the names. Thomas was great! As well as Disha. I loved how the layers of painting a rose was done. I need to try it. My suggestion would be if you can please maybe the week before have the speakers send the list of supplies so that persons watching can have them. The ladies doing the journals.....just awesome. Yesterday i watched all. They have truly inspired me. I only wished it was 5 days. I wanted my son who is an Art teacher to see but they expired after 24hours. But just awesome!

Loved the workshop with Samantha wesson and put it into practice immediately, that's inspiration right there and have signed up for more with her. Thank you.

I enjoyed Consie Sindet's session the most, Watercolor Cairns. I found it to be very relaxing and is one I will definitely try out this weekend!

I loved the class (I forgot the name and the speaker) where you drew rocks and colored them with watercolor. Then you could doodle or write in them. I am going to have a journal of just that.

The Judy Woods class was so good; full of practice ideas and tips. I just watched it once but I really think she did a great job. Thank you so much!

Multi media is me telling me to just play. No boundaries and no rules makes it a refreshing activity.

I've never dabbled in watercolor before, because I was worried I would mess it up and get water all over everything, ruining the project and nearby items, lol! After watching the presentations (many with watercolor themes, thank you!) I'm now going to start practicing. I even found that some of my pencils are already watercolor! Learning that I can use items I already have and not needing to go buy all new to try a new technique is comforting as well. I want to start with water coloring whole pages, and then layering other items on top. The idea of a sidekick journal from Julia McNeill intrigued me, so I'm going to use what I learned from making a junk journal start to finish from Einat Kessler and combine the two! I am so excited to do this! Thank you for these summits, they are encouraging, motivating and are topics that newbies can jump into :)

My aha moment came while watching a mixed media video on day 3. Mixed media does not have to be complicated! You can use what you already have. Stamps, stencils etc. I'm going to have some fun!

I loved the whole event but I found the cairns particularly accessible for even me. I am not an artist!

Probably the favorite presentation in the Art of Expression Summit for me was the presentation by Shelby Abrahamsen, “Fix Muddy, Heavy Shadows: A Simple Watercolor Layering Method for Clean, Luminous Depth”. I just recently started getting interested in watercolors, but I have no experience. Her presentation really helped me to see what I can do if I use layering techniques and patience. I plan on taking my watercolor set camping with me next week and will be practicing some of her techniques. I did enjoy many of the presentations, but that was probably the one that inspired me the most.

I enjoyed several workshops, but found Consie Sindet’s Watercolor Cairn Journal especially inspiring. The process and the product were inviting and uplifting. I wish it could be shared with those struggling with hard times. It is a 10 minute respite, like stepping into a quiet peaceful place, that lets you catch your breath before rejoining the chaos and problems of your life.

My favourite session was with Nadine Milton - she showed how to easily create an abstract background for a more detailed flower and phrase - just what I wanted to learn!

A great group of Artists!! The tutorials were so interesting and the variations of techniques made it fun to choose what was a familiar craft, plus new ones I’ve never tried!! Thank you to all involved !

I loved all the sessions using watercolor in different ways. I was gifted watercolor paints and paper for my birthday and have been intimidated to even get it out of the box. But now, I feel excited to get it out and play around! Even if it's just putting color splotches on the page, I feel empowered to break the seal and begin creating.

Judy Woods is a favorite! She has a special place in my heart as she was first to inspire me thru her online workshops! I had no idea the fun she opened for me!

Enjoy seeing different techniques, always need some extra inspiration.
Julia McNeill was one of my favourite and always has been.

I was able to listen to at least half of the presentations. All were good, but the one that was most relevant to me was the information from Amy Cross. Food storage and utilization must be where I am in my journey right now. But thank you for the many topic choices. How else would you be able to get the needed information to each one of us?

I was most moved by Nicola Brown eco-printing in the dirty pot. Her end product was the most amazing and artistic creation that was completed in such an environmentally conscious manner.
I loved to see the consciousness of the presenters to environmental values. It was inspiring to see that the makers were very aware of their impact on the environment.

I enjoyed all the presentations. I am thrift so recycle, reuse. repurpose is my motto. I especially the Dirty Pot methods. Great ideas also on mending that I would have never thought about. Organization is my weakest points, so that segment was very helpful. I hope we have another Eco Summit. Really anxious to learn new ways to save money

I had many aha moments. All of the artists had unique contributions to offer. I was especially impressed with the botanical artists. The artists' generosity in sharing their wisdom is something I'm very thankful for.

I really enjoyed the video from Nicola Brown. She is very throrough and she is easy to understand when she talks (for a foreigner...). I am very interested in eco-dying and eco-printing and she was the main reason I joined this event.
However I did also see and enjoy other videos and the ones I also really enjoyed was Christine Burrows on slow stitching and Philomene Cauchois on visible mending.

It was great, l loved the soda can earrings session the most. I watched 3 others but this one stayed with me. It was commendable though that the 2 days were packed with sustainable workshops, that was the best part!
I intend to make them soon.

I loved how to make my own watercolor paint. Thought you had to buy it.

The rare plants presentation helped me out because I have been struggling with air plants. I enjoyed the whole presentation. I also really liked the natural pigments presentation as I am a professional artist. I have the VIP pass and already made the post it note booklet. It came out really cute. I am planning on making the faux stained glass yard ornaments. I saw lots of interesting projects from Nana. I am waiting on supplies for these workshops as I was missing at least one thing for every project. I am woefully lacking in glue sticks. The rolled fabric journal also caught my attention. I also saved my first teabag for use in projects. It is dried out and stored. It was from peppermint tea.

I really enjoyed the unique plant talk. It was unexpected, educational and practical. Lots of good tips!

I loved the redesigning your jacket workshop. It was fun and creative as well as giving me permission to just be creative snd let that be the guide❤️

I honestly enjoyed the live lunch events the most! I learned so much from those events!

What a fun event! I loved the earrings made from soda cans. So beautiful!

My favorite moment was when Brittany from Pop Shop America spoke about water terrariums. I have always loved plants, but for some reason it I never thought that aquarium plants could live anywhere other than an aquarium! I have my eyes on a nice glass container that is almost empty, and I cannot wait to make an adoption raid on my local pet store for a new little buddy.

I was very impressed with the soda can earrings Janet taught. I had no idea that aluminum material would work in a die cutting machine. (I'm wondering if a Cricut blade would cut it as well.) I haven't made anything from the summit, but think this would be where I would start. Thanks to all of you! I love to use what I have and there were so many great ideas presented!!

I loved the collective mind of sustainable creativity--exhilarating, and so many possibilities are born there and to be shared by all! The most standout I had time to get to (I am sure there were more) was discovering Nicola Brown's eco-printing processes; her e-book I now want--LOVE, LOVE, LOVED! Plus, thanks to Philomene Cauchois for just a lot of eveyrthing she offers (so kind and patient too)!

I'm now completely and totally in love with the idea of using tea bags to create!

My favorite session was "Is That Really a Tea Bag?" by Carol Ann Webster! I thought her creations were incredible! This was the only brand new-to-me craft at the event! She did a wonderful job explaining how to make our own!

I really enjoyed a variety of lessons including dying fabric, making bookmarks, making wrapping paper and repairing clothing in an artistic way. I especially liked the eco nature of all the lessons. I love to recycle/upcycle as much as possible. Thanks.

Art with Jasmine inspired me to raid my recycling bin to make lots of bookmarks based on her wonderful designs.

I was inspired by Philomène Cauchois and her simple visible mending techniques. I always wear a hole in the knee of my jeans and now I can turn that flaw into something unique and beautiful.

I loved the one about making beautiful bookmarks out of recycled cardboard. Had never thought of that before. Now I’m thinking of what other things can be made.

And, I liked the lady who did the seasons roll. I enjoyed it even though I will never do it as, for me, it was too labor intensive.

So, it’s really hard to pick a favorite because I absolutely loved the variety of speakers you had- I watched almost all of them( as time allowed) and I appreciated even the different ways the presenters shared their information with their audience. The speaker that resonated and inspired me the most was Christine Burrows and her slow stitch roll. I have been wanting to try this for a while, and after watching her video, I can’t wait to make my own roll.

I really loved the tea bag art ideas with Carol Ann Weabster! Was drinking tea when I watched and immediately took my tea bag apart and rinsed it as she described. It was dry already this morning and will be used in some type of craft -whether that’s in a textile piece or a collage remains to be seen -but I’m so excited to have found this resource!

I loved the lesson on bottle cap art. I've already asked friends to save their caps so I can incorporate it into a future art piece.

The Eco Dying was excellent an I learned a few things that will help me when I try dying paper again.

I REALLY enjoyed this summit. My favorite sessions were the ones that I could walk away with a project--the owl, bookmarks, the bottlecap flowers, food for thought about dying fabrics and reusing materials in a new way. THANKS!!!

I really enjoyed the eco printing an using tea bags in mixed media. Haven't had a lot of time to experiment yet but on my next days off.....

oh wow each day I am here, these summits are wonderful. I am a newbie in all of this and these classes have helped me a lot. this year my favorite was the upcycle one, all things recycle. Can't wait to do all the things I've learned here

Jasmine Dhillon's session inspired my Girl Guide unit to make galaxy bookmarks out of recycled cardboard and donate them to our local library for our service project for Earth Day. Love her simple techniques that make a big impact!

The event was very practical and helpful.

I have long heard of Miss Freddy, but have never watched anything from her! It was great to see how confident he information was and to have access to her!

I'm still working my way through the videos, all access is SO worth it! My favourite so far is the action file - mindblowingly simple and so easy to use. Also loved the grocery saving one from Cross Legacy. Still working through the organise your craft room one!!

Shout out to less food waste, iPhone photo organization tips, and the best aha moment I had: organize/declutter for the current lifestyle. I’m in. That was monumental! Thank you for offering this opportunity to learn something new!

I watched 15 of the sessions during the week, and I got a lot of good tips. One that really stands out is the Small Time, Big Results - 10-minute declutter hack. I did one zone immediately after watching, and have decluttered one zone each day since. This morning, I was excited to wake up and spend just 10 minutes decluttering an area!

I really enjoyed the ten minute tidy. It is specific and goal oriented and I think I can do that.

I was unable to watch very much as a family member here for a very short time

What I enjoyed the most was the format - any of the sessions could be watched beginning early in the morning. The length of each session was good too.
My favorite session was "True Price of Clutter" by Robyn Reynolds. Amazing how clutter can affect so many areas of your life - time, space, energy and money.

Tracy Lynn's practical workshop on How to Declutter with 10 minutes
was inspiring and totally doable.
Four crates are lined up in my hallway now: stay, throw out, belongs elsewhere and give away. So simple but with using a 10 minute timer there is
an end
yet an urgency and
relief that it is only 10 minutes and not the entire day.
Simple strategy and so helpful.

I was inspired by several presentations. I put into action the video of the “Action File.” While I had heard this file used before, I never had anyone break it down within the action file itself. Something clicked and it all made sense to me. It was a great help. I created my action file today and had a couple things come up that I could easily place in the file.
It’s a win!

My favorite event was Declutter without burning out by Susan Santoro. I enjoyed the concept of timing each declutter/ organization session. It doesn't seem like I've done much, but it shows.

I really enjoyed Jen Schreiner’s session Small time : big results. It was straight to the point, easy to follow and I hope to put it into action this weekend. Thank you.

I had 17 cupboards and shelves I wanted to declutter, clean, and organize before the end of the month. I was able to watch/listen to multiple sessions while working on my project. Working and learning was a highlight for me this week. Jackie MacDougall's session is the one that has prompted me to take action in an area I haven't given much thought to, but will this coming week.

It was very motivating and inspiring to keep at it and tackle the clutter with small steps. I already used some of the tips in the past few days, so hoping to cement those good habits!

Probably the best AHA, take-a-way, lightbulb go off moment in all of summit history: It's not me. It's the systems. And that right there says it all.

I appreciate that the videos are less than an hour and provides tips I can use immediately. My favorite was on how to reduce produce waste.

The 10 minute timer is a tremendous idea. The mindset of having what fits your current life and permission to rehome or throw away. The rest is very helpful.

I did 8 sessions and enjoyed them all. In particular 15 minute meal prep organizing your pantry and shopping/ saving on your groceries. Organizing your craft room was also interesting especially to hear that some of the ideas suggested I had already put into practice. Thanks it was interesting.

A few people and ideas stuck with me from this summit, although all the videos were great. Loved that they were short so it was easier to retain and be able to watch them all. The Swedish Organizer, Carinne Schmitt, and Susan Santora all had great advice. One said to think of it like a recipe for cooking - you are just following the steps declutter, organize, tidy, and then clean as well as look at is as plan, pre-production, production, and post-production. That clutter is just postponed decisions and as a tired wife and mom I can say I feel that pretty explains it. Also to use the timer technique but keep the time short (10-15 mins) but as soon as the timer goes off to STOP and take a break (5 mins). Then you can come back refreshed and ready to go again.

At 77 years old I am so grateful that I can still be challenged to improve and enjoy my home and life. Thank you so very much!!!

Lori Walker's session "Do You Need More Time in Your Day" was not only an AhHa moment but an "Ooohhh, I need to replay this later". The VIP Passes are essential tools for me as I'm that person who learns better self-paced & reviews information often to absorb. Especially, on this Summit. WOW!! There was so much to learn from the speakers, bonus resources & their websites. Already started decluttering. Bits & Bites since Day 1. Husband even cleaned out his side of the closet...himself! THANK YOU so much for the Summit!

How truly "priceless" are the things we stuff away and never allow to see the light of day?

Really good things to think about when you are decluttering and making the decisions of what to keep and what to get rid of.

Although the 15 min meal planning system I sure is intended for busy moms, as a retired senior who is just tired of cooking, I found the idea of a list of lifeline meals especially helpful.

I really love the macrame session with Isabella. During making the heart projekt I was so focussed aaaand my mind was quiet. What a blessing

Listening to the various speakers was inspiring in many ways. From hearing about EFT techniques, to watching "messy" art turn beautiful, I really enjoyed and got something out of most of the sessions.

My biggest realization was how the last year of personal crisis has really left my brain in "survival and protection" mode. The trauma I experienced meant my creative side was on pause. It took listening to the doodle workshop to understand that it's safe to create again and it gave me an opening into being my creative self again.

All the sessions were great. My favourite was day two making small cards to go with our word of the year and the envelope for our journals.

I was thankful I'd purchased the pass, because I was in a car wreck on Monday and spent all of this event in the hospital!

I liked that there were enough, but not too many, daily choices - it was very generous of the HobbyScool to make these offerings. My favorite activity was from Kristin's "Awesome Ladies Project" - her "Currently . . . " pages. I already daily journal but I found this was a good way to stop and take stock of my day (or the previous one). The biggest aha for me was that you could reflect in an abbreviated way and still find it meaningful.

AND for her to offer a FREE 45 min 1:1 session with her is unheard of and extremely generous. This spoke volumes to me and I took notes to share with all the ladies in my life who love books and betterment as much as I do. There were a lot of great sessions. Lauren/Becoming JoyFULL was by far my favourite. I really enjoyed it as well as her freebie.
I've been making/selling cards at the local market since February 2022. It's very rewarding. I'm always looking to take part in different sessions/workshops to learn new things. I love these 2-3 days workshops where many presenters share with us, crafters, and inspire us to do certain things.
Looking forward to the next one. Hoping you'll have some cardmaking presenter who can inspire me.

I love the diversity of the presentations. There is something for everyone. For me, I like to watch them all. I may not be into them all but I feel there might be something that I become interested in once I see a presentation. My interest lies in crafting but I also enjoy learning about decluttering techniques. I'm not much of a cook but I may learn a quick and easy recipe that I will try. I enjoyed the mixology presentation. That's useful for parties. My only complaint is that I spend more time watching and less time doing...LOL. I need to find a balance. Thank you for providing this.

The 5 minute snowflake was so easy to make and was a beautiful decoration that I will make more of!

There were so many great tutorials that I stayed up into the wee hours of the morning watching the videos. Thanks for the variety of interesting classes. Time well spent.

I loved the idea of the scratch off panel on a card and being shown how to make it

Loved the diversity of the classes shown, there was something for everyone, learned allot. I would ask that you remember that people on fixed incomes don't have all the sophisticated tools such as Cricuit or such and also give PDF instructions and printables. But I loved what you offered and hope you do it again soon.

My Aha moment was decluttering my space for Christmas by pulling all my large, heavy Christmas decorative bowls, plates, specialty dishes, etc., that take up space and are used for two hours for one meal out of 365 days a year and have donated all this clutter to Habitat.

I loved the belly rub animals cards. I used the animal patterns to create ornaments as well. I used thin plastic for the eyes/belly since it slips around much better than the cardstock..

I really enjoyed the Feast + West presentation. It was fun and she had great slides that were colorful and full of information. I bet she is an awesome hostess!

I loved the last card with the rub belly and wiggly eyes. What a fun way to send the summit!!

There are so many different types of crafts you are sure to find at least a few that appeal to you...maybe all of them!!

My favorite presentation was by Megan at cakenknife. Her wonderful class included so many helpful tips and her freebie guide is a treasure to use all year, every year!

Susan Santoro, Military Wife, I can relate, had the perfect idea of planning backwards. This is was a great session with many ideas to try.
Missy Noonan, Christmas Centerpiece, was easy to follow and quite doable. I have several old pool noodles that I can "repurpose"!!! Thanks for this opportunity.

I like recycled material projects best. This time I learned about new materials. The mug transfer sheets were interesting.

My favorite session at the Elves' Workshop Summit 2025 was Lisa Lisson's session about Family History Journaling! What a wonderful facilitation of how to create personal connection to our ancestors through stories (over just data/research). Lisa Lisson provided steps and ideas that are easily implemented and will create a beautifully intentional collection of family stories.

I really enjoyed seeing and learning about many different kinds of crafts that I can look more into!

I loved the cookie in a jar idea, such a neat gift that can be prepared at home with ingredients that I have on hand. I'll definitely try the recipe this weekend!

Corinne's class on the Holiday Countdown Kit was my favorite. Making memories and traditions with family are the most important part of the holiday for me!

I enjoyed the summit, and I wasn’t sure I would. I fell in love with the disco ball ornament, so that’s a must-have. I also loved the ornament centerpiece. Thank you so much for putting on the event and for the invitation to join!

My favorite projects were the layered snowflake card, cookies (more cookies please!), and the belly rubs cards. I love making cards but I haven't tried any of these yet because work has been very busy and my health isn't that great. The speakers were all so inspiring, the energy was contagious - I know I'll be thinking about these projects for a long time.

I was very impressed with the variety of topics that were presented! I can't even pick a favorite because I loved them all. I will say that at this time of year, Meghan Yager's cookie recipe is something I can really use! One dough and so many variations. It will be perfect for gift giving!

Love participating in Hobbyscool summits. Always great fun and incredibly informative.

I really enjoyed being a speaker for the summit. The energy was amazing, and the audience was so engaged. It was such a smooth experience. I didn’t have to stress about tech or setup, and everything was organised perfectly.

Sharing my class with people who might not have otherwise found me was really rewarding, and seeing attendees get excited about designing their own bag patterns was honestly inspiring.

I’d definitely recommend being involved. It’s such a positive, supportive space to share your skills and inspire others.

The very first instructor that I watched was Consie Sindet and she was amazing at teaching me how to collage with paper on her bonus video. She made it easy and fun, and I was totally inspired by her personality and teaching method. Thank you for that.

I was blown away by the faux stained glass tutorial. The speaker was down to earth and clearly passionate about her craft, and when I was delighted when I realized how do-able and realistic it would be for me to give it a try. I can't wait to give it a try, and I have plenty of ideas for designs of my own. Faux stained glass will be part of my handmade Christmas.

Hobby School was great! Where to begin! I really liked all the card ideas and quilting. Great sessions!

I loved Alyce lama colouring class I loved all the other ones to just love craft been doing crafty stuff for years

2 favourites: alcohol ink trivets and napkin fold box. Also loved the variety of 'crafts', not all scrapbooking/ cards.

I didn't buy the VIP pass, but I have to say the speakers that were of interest to me did a wonderful job and the freebie was great. Loved it all!

I appreciated all the planning and thought that each presenter to choose topic/materials to use and be clear on the how+to portion.

I found all the workshops super interesting, and the most I loved are the presentation of Jennifer Strauser and Manon Hunt.

The paper flower-making class showed me how easy this would be, so I'm actively seeking out wallpaper stores in my area so I can start crafting my own flowers!

Susan’s ‘Perfect Bin’ was SO inspiring and I covered a box rightaway; plus I have others planned! Your Hobby School helps creativity which is so needed in our society.

Wow this summit was so much fun i loved it, one of my favorite sessions was the:how to draw your own coloring page in procreate I really love it. And all of the freebies were so fun. Great summit.

This was really fun! I enjoyed many of the presenters, but the one I was most excited about is Carolina Moore's Simple Zippered Pouch. I've been wanting to try one of these for years, and her tutorial and detailed instructions will be my guide!! Thanks for all of the presenters; you are all very gracious to share your talents.

My favorite class was the print then cut birthday cards by Alicia. Fabulous!

I've only just begun viewing the videos, but a standout for me was Designing Repeating Patterns using Adobe Illustrator. I bought the VIP pass so I will continue watching episodes as time allows and look into the perks offered by presenters.

Loved the classes on sewing and paper crafting. Thanks for this opportunity!

I especially loved the 15 minute card class taught by Alicia from Australia. She was great at teaching the class and the cards were exceptionally beautiful. Her free download was fabulous. Thank you for sharing these makers with us.

I loved all the card making sessions! I learned new techniques and appreciated the step-by-step instructions (and some freebies). I watched some of the others--quilting and macrame and knitting. They were interesting, but not what I am currently doing.

I loved all the classes having to do with cardmaking and learned many new tips. Because of health issues I had to give up needlework and such as can't do it anymore. I really enjoyed all the classes that I watched and thank you for organizing it and to all the presenters. It was awesome.

There were quite a few that really spoke to my heart. But I can't remember their names or crafts. But I give them all a quadruple thumps up and a big thank you for inspiring me.

I enjoyed the summit. Mainly for me it was all about card making. There were great ideas. I don't knit, sew or paint among the other crafts presented during the summit. I would have liked to see more card making ideas, but i understand there are so many crafts out there, it's hard to cover everything in 4 days.

it was amazing workshop. I am so glad that I was able to part of it. I love art and craft. I also made craft out of magazines, and cardboards. Thank you so much for having this opportunity who loves to make it something creatives.

Really amazing way to introduce more people to your craft and ability. I wish there were more jewelry and sewing workshops. Nonetheless, I still enjoyed it.

I enjoyed the variety of speaker presentations. The speakers that 'spoke' to me the most were the card crafters, because I make cards. I love learning from Alicia and Whitney, though I gather new ideas from everyone I watch. Every time I learn something, I try to 'up' my game in my cardmaking. I've come a long way from my very first card which was just an 8 1/2 x 11 piece of cardstock folded in half with hand drawn balloons and a title. Thank you for gathering some lovely speakers.

Three classes stood out: Melissa Power and her clay polymer terrazzo earrings, Kristine Mueller's demonstration of Tunisian crochet, and Jennifer Strauser's Kawandi-inspired quilting. Wish I'd had time to watch more yet glad I saw these.

I loved the variety of presenters and the flexible schedule. Many thanks for great ideas and encouragement.

Enjoyed them all and can't wait to try the new methods I learned in the oils-on-tile class!

I was able to organize a lot in one day with their thoughts. Chas Greener had wonderful, useful , Dollar Tree Hacks and I hope to go shopping soon and use her ideas also. I was a speaker at the Hobbyskool Summit and really enjoyed the whole experience. I loved how organized everything was and made it easy for me to participate and share my love of art with everyone.

I loved the choices. I've not considered myself a painter ever, but after watching Disha Sharma create a wildflower Meadow, I was hooked and immediately purchased some watercolour supplies and am loving the new journey.

Loved the journal related stuff more than anything. Thanks so much for organising.

I purchased a VIP pass so I could have lifetime access since I made a quick trip during part of the presentations. The best part for me is always the digital presentations, though I do like seeing the others & trying to figure out if they can be done digitally.

I loved Consie Sindet's class on the 12x12 sheet Folio! Her steps and explanations were PERFECT for a beginning or experienced journal maker as myself. Thank you for including her in your team of presenters!

First of all, thank you very much for providing transcripts for all videos. That's incredibly helpful, and is of course a matter of accessibility that not everybody cares to make available in their events. I'm happy that you did care.
My favourite lessons (in no particular order) were those taught by Evgenia Cordie, Lynette Melnik and Disha Sharma. And I think that Rayane Alvim did a good job, too.

I like the variety you offered in this event. It was interesting seeing how different teachers broached similar ideas. I personally enjoyed the mini-journal making class, which was surprisingly for me because I signed up originally for the lettering classes. I loved seeing how you can use anything your heart calls for to make a personalized journal. My daughters and I have already started on ours for summer vacation. I would like to see a class about digital art that does not use procreate or Apple Pencil.

My handwriting is terrible, but the classes on lettering and Faux Calligraphy made me dig for paper and pens to give it a try!

I enjoyed Justine's junk journal class. I love making something special out of left over supplies and then being able to use it in many creative ways.

I appreciated the detail provided during the presentation. I will be able to make many more journals in the future.

I like how one talked about writing. I clicked on her free gift to get me writing prompts.

I had two favorites, Alice Keegan Butterfly with Pencils and Disha with Watercolor Wildflower Meadow. They made me think my non-artistic self might actually be able to do art! Had fun watching the presentations. I had not attended one of your summits previously. I'm putting you on my watchlist for the next one. Thank you.

I loved the session with Alyce Keegan on the blue butterfly that she colored in pencils. She did such a thorough job of instructing in a short period of time.

My favorite was the Mini Junk Journal by Justine of House of Mahalo. I really enjoyed her video and I am planning on making a junk journal in the very near future.

This was my first time participating in the Art of Expression Summit, and the process couldn't have been smoother. From start to finish, everything was so well organized. The leads kept coming in as soon as they announced the speakers for the event!

Thank you for offering this educational event! I enjoyed several presentations, but especially the neurographic art presentation. That was fun, relaxing, and gave me a neat piece of art to share with the child I sponsor in another country. The presentations were well done, easily accessible, and all the presenters were friendly, knowledgeable, and good at what they do.

My favorite speaker/class was Consie Sidney's One Page Wonder Zine. I love the idea, have started 3 already and can't wait to complete them and create more. The variety of subjects in this Summit is incredible. I wish I didn't require sleep so I could create 24 hours. Thank-you for the inspiration from all the speakers.

I didn't have a lot of time over the 3 days of the program, but the 5 I was able to attend were very good. I appreciated the many choices and the relative brevity of the sessions. I was inspired by Consie Sindet, Shelley Hitz, Evgenia Cordie, and Disha Sharma. Their techniques were instructive and useful. Their teaching styles were supportive.

I loved the most the instructions of Kerri Dixon. In the way she did too.
I would have had them when I started painting.
At the moment I look at these workshops to find tips to tell others.
I am 70 now.
And I saved the the tips from two women about working on procreate on the ipad.
Since I am Dutch I need time to study this workshops with procreate before me and the tips on the computer. I think they will help.
I also liked the free lessons or tips they gave after the workshop.
But Now I get questions from the teachers and I have not find time yet to go on with the subiects,extra lessons. I do want it but I hope I can answer them when I have found the time to study it.

I loved the variety of the Art of Expression Summit and all of the wonderful tutorials. I am excited to try new things, like doodling, that I never would have given thought to before. I especially liked the Neurographic Art tutorial because I really don't have to worry about the quality and it still looks good. It is so simple and relaxing and the best part is it is just for me, although if a piece turns out well, I might use it in a collage or card panel. Thanks so much for all the great classes!

I absolutely LOVED her video (didn't really get to watch all of it) and was thinking, if this is the caliber I am over the moon happy that I got the VIP pass.

I like all the recycled materials projects--I've got lots of items to spin into gold. Oh and the Canva tutorial on coloring book making--so cute!

The watercolor session with Cindy Briggs was amazing. It was inspiring and educational. She is a fabulous teacher.

I liked Kerri Dixon's lesson best because of the guides for realism. I enjoyed looking through all of the speakers because it gave me an overview of things I might be interested in now or in the future. Personally, I was not interested in any of the iPad stuff because I prefer actually drawing with paper and pencil/paints, but it is good to include sessions for others who want to know more about this art tool. I did not purchase the VIP pass, but enjoyed the quick, busy time I had with the choices of many artists each day and the variety of skills and styles.

Shelley Hitz (faux calligraphy) and Rayan Alvim (block lettering) were my two favorite presenters. I am primarily a card maker and scrapbooker and really needed some help with lettering techniques. Both of these presentations were practical and easy to follow. This was my first HobbyScool event and I really enjoyed it and look forward to attending again.

I found something to enjoy every day. It was my first Art Exploration event and I can't wait until the next one. I came away with new perspectives and inspirations. My absolute favorite was Mini Art Journal from Start to Finish by Einat Kessler. I'm following up on journal making and calligraphy. I would recommend this event and all the participants if you've ever considered art making in any medium.

Discovering new artists and learning something new from them is so inspiring! Thank you so much for this event!

Consie's journal session ... so encouraging not only for her generous ideas for each part of the creative journey, but her wonderful down to earth style that incorporates the flubs and optional ways to enhance it. The best session for me (and the best of the freebies) was Consie Sindet's video. It has lit a fire in me about a daily creative practice and I've already made the little art folio and bought more supplies to make more and those little journals to give as gifts. LOVE it.

I loved the format of the summit, being able to choose every day which session I want to watch. And I loved the main page that made it really easy to see all the presentations at one glance and to access them easily via a link. My favourite session was Consie Sindets One Sheet Wonder Art Journal Folio, followed by the two sessions by Justine Jenkins and Einat Kessler. And the session about Neurographic Art by Jasmin Dhillon was also so inspiring and wonderful.

I live in a quaint retirement village with pretty homes. I loved the session about painting your journey. It has inspired me to paint a few of the little homes. Thank you!

This event was really exciting! Every day there were several classes to inspire you to do different things. My favorite classes were with Consie Pile and Justine Jenkins and Rebecca Pickens. I highly recommend this event to everyone!

Having the VIP pass I will be able to replay and work with the presenter doing the project. I was so excited about the journal sessions since I want to start creating them. Weekend here I come!

My favorite was the iPad writing. I'm looking forward to gettting the Procreate program and having fun playing!

I did not purchase the VIP pass, however, I thoroughly enjoyed this summit! SO many great presenters, I couldn't choose just one! I loved Justine, Einat and Consie's "junk journals." All very nice presentations! I also enjoyed the watercolor lessons with Cindy Briggs & Caroline Tatham. Really learned a lot from Cindy's line drawing demo. I had to reach out for assistance from Caroline and had a super quick, helpful response. And finally, Anna Aspnes' digital scrapbook demo was concise and informative on a topic with a somewhat difficult learning curve! This was a wonderful, informative and fun summit! Thank you and highest praise to everyone who contributed to its success!

There was a good variety of Presentations. I love Justine on junk journaling as I listen to her often. She is the one who turned me on to the HobbyScool. But, all the women on the presentations did a great job and very inspiring. I can't pick just one. I have recently started the junk journaling but have been writing and painting and crafting otherwise for a long time. Still, I have picked up more good information from listening to these fabulous women on all subjects. Thank you "Ladies".

The neurographic workshop sparked the most interest for me due to the science behind the creativity.

This was a great event! I made a ton of journals from Justine Jenkins class and I always love Consie's journal classes. I also made a journal from Eliana Kessler's class.
I enjoyed the doodling class and found the neurographic class super interesting!
I enjoyed watching the watercolor classes but wasn't in a position to actually "do" the class.
Too many good ones to pick just one! Great session!

Kerri Dixon, I learned a lot from her course and I loved that she offered another free class.

There are so many inspirations that I made 3 file folders, one for each day, to keep track of all the free gifts and screen shots so I wouldn't forget anything!

Painting the door and the surrounding rock wall and greenery with Cindy Briggs was a great learning experience for me, plus a lot of fun. I learned how to simplify, to focus on the important elements, and to paint more freely by only using a few colors.

The variety of presentations was impressive, with at least 3 or 4 that I wanted to watch every day. I enjoyed the junk journaling sessions the most and particularly Justine Jenkins recycling junk mail to make a journal. The steps were easy to understand and I'm looking forward to watching more House of Mahalo videos. I love that everything is clearly laid out on the Hobbyschool Craft & Create Club pages and that there are people from all over the world presenting rather than just from the US!

This was a great event. My favorite presentation was by Caroline Tatham because I'm interested in watercoloring. She had many great tips. I also enjoyed Jamie Wozny's video. She's very inspirational.

My favorite is the masterclass by Anna Aspnes for Affinity which was just what I was waiting for.

I Loved both the water color flowers tutorial and also the abstract painting. I want to try both. I found all of them fun and interesting.

We've had so much fun, and we're thrilled to say we've added just over 500 new contacts to our mailing list through your fabulous summit!!

This summit has been valuable in learning all the different ways to organize certain things. The classes that helped me the most was the Trello board organizing. Learning how to use Tello and the different aspects was very helpful. Thank you to everyone who shared their time making this work.

I have been honored to be a presenter for 3 HobbyScool summits and each time has been a smooth experience and great community and audience builder for my business.

Everyone presenting and all the group comments made this summit feel like such a welcome community! Thank you, I so enjoyed it! I went on Kim Pepper's site ( the salvaged life.com) and found her biblical scripture references on creativity that is awesome. I plan on giving it to a very creative lady friend at church. Courtney Carey's gingerbread cupcakes with buttercream Christmas tree frosting demo has inspired me to add that activities for my daughter and I for the holidays! Einet Kessler's popup cards may be a challenge for me, but wanna try; loved them! Gina Tepper was my favorite; I have just completed 3 card envelopes that turned out pretty good! But I listened all 3 days and they have all helped fuel my creativity and Christmas spirit! Plus, to top it off, I entered my Bingo card on day 2 and was one of the two winners, yay! Thank you, Happy Thanksgiving & holidays! Happy crafting!

I enjoyed all of the summit presentations I watched. The holiday gift wrap one definitely sparked my holiday creativity the most!

Hayley's Gift Giving Without the Clutter: Meaningful and Minimalist Holiday Solutions was the BEST! It was the most meaningful, most useful, and most enjoyable. My 'word' is JOY, so I naturally was all in and her company name: SimpleJoy is just perfect! We often make life so complicated. I am so glad I listened to her presentation!

So many wonderful workshops. All the presenters were amazing! I love the Interactive pop up tag Mini album by Einat Kessler. So adorable and not difficult to make. Crystal Martin made 3 Easy Macrame Gnome Ornaments that are the cutest! Then there is Katherine McCrory's Poinsettia Utensil Holder for the Holidays, which can be used in other ways also.

I was a speaker at this event and I loved the event as I thought there was a great range of crafts to suit everyone.
The speaker support was excellent with loads of great marketing resources and helpful prompting emails.

It was a great summit!

I did Vivienne Campbell's excellent class on making a Coconut and Vanilla Body Butter. It was easy to follow with clear instructions. There was also an excellent Bonus Pack with information on 5 Unusual Plants to use in Skincare. I made the body butter with a friend yesterday and absolutely love the texture and how it feels on the skin. Highly recommend trying this one.

I really liked the diversity of all the guest speakers and that they offered a free gift for watching. For me, there were several very good presenters but if I had to pick one as my favorite it would be the photography session. She was pleasant, had a great slide presentation, made DSLR photography simple and made me wanting to get back to my camera I found too intimidating.

There were so many different crafts that I did not even think I could do. I am pretty sure, no wait, I am sure I will be able to make a few of them. I may be disabled but that does not make me unable. I would like to thank each and every one for sharing. It really was amazing! If this comes around again, I def. know a couple of good friends who would also enjoy this as I did. Thank you all again so very much, you are appreciated!!

I liked that there was not an overwhelming number of speakers each day. I never attend ALL sessions, but oftentimes, I am interested in a lot of sessions and it's hard to see everything I want to see in the 24 hours availability. The speaker I most appreciated was Jan Howell.

I thought there was a good variety of crafters sharing their knowledge.

I liked to see all kinds of hobby. I don’t craft , I just look … for now…😃
But now I want to do it all: knit, 🧶, sew 🧵, photography, 📸, paper art, 🖼️, paint 🎨, soaps 🧼, tint wool 🧶… Thank you for all these vidéos and discoveries I made this week

Great variety of offerings. My favorite was Belinda Shi's presentation on taking great photos. My photos always look lackluster compared to what I expected, and she was encouraging, offering specific tips on timing, composition, lighting. I am looking forward to using her advice and learning to capture the spirit of our travels.

Thank you for allowing us to be part of this marvelous event. The presenters were great and the topic variety was impressive. I enjoyed all the presentations and I was really amazed by the tye dye because I have never seen or imagine how it was done. Cannot wait to try one of those techniques.
Thank you also for the free activities. In some of them when I received the confirmation at my email, didn't have the button needed to press for the download. A The transcript was an awesome idea!

The art journalling 3 steps made painting a beautiful art journal page seem so doable…

What an exhilerating experience the Summit was! I watched 15 out of the 18 presentations, squishing them into the time available to me (the other three being a bit technical for me). It is so exciting to see the opportunities that are available to me, and I found a whole new world of possibility opening up. I did calligraphy at school with pens and nibs and ink and blots and smudges some 60 years ago and had resisted it since adulthood because of the fiddly process and the mess (in my eyes). The faux calligraphy, the existence of brushes and paint and the combination of using it with watercolour combined my love for dabbling in artistic creativity and using words to touch people's hearts and offer love and encouragement. Thank you so much! I intend to make full use of the skills I have been shown in the months to come. God bless you.

I thought this would be just another summit to rush through presentations. I actually enjoyed the presentations I watched. They were very informative. I was most impressed with the hand lettering presentations. I am on a quest to master the hand lettering. It amazes me that every person takes a different approach in how they teach hand lettering. I believe the most informative for me was Shelly Hitz. She gave tips that were spot on, and if I had known some of this earlier, I would be further along than where I am. I also enjoyed the learning watercolor presentations. Watercolor is so much more than what they teach in the school art class. Thank you for presenting this summit. I found it very worthwhile. I would've purchased the VIP, but $97 was a bit steep for my budget. Thanks again for a very informative an enjoyable summit.

It was an unique, interesting and inspiring session. I love art which helps in mental health and very mindful and we can express our thoughts and different emotions through artwork. Lettering session were awesome. It was my first time learning them I am total beginner.

Rachel Rose's presentation was hugely impactful. Informative, heartfelt, and inspiring more than words can say!

All were good on day 1, but I especially liked Heidi Baergen's presentation. I want to up my lettering skills and she teaches it very well! I also enjoyed Einat's and Consie's sessions. Nothing wrong with the others, but I'm not a beginner as far as calligraphy. Would have loved a class on flourishing for int. to adv students.
Day 2 - Loved Maira Vial's silhouette lettering, Kerrie's wc tree demo and Christie's wc lettering session. Christie has so much energy and enthusiasm that it's contagious!
Overall everything was so well organized and very impressive! Kudos to the organizers and instructors for a great job!!!!!!!

I enjoyed the fact that you could have lifetime access in the VIP Pass view their videos.

I only attended a few, but I can't get over how thorough each presenter was. They either knew or sat down and thought out what our challenges would be, in advance. My hat is off to them fo their professionalism and encouragement!

As a contributor to this summit, I can honestly say that it helped to grow my email list exponentially. It was also very well organized and all of my questions were answered in a timing manner. On top of that I made some extra money s an affiliate. Thank you for inclduing me.

First I appreciated the ability to download transcripts of the podcasts I wanted to listen to. I knew I would not be able to view all of the ones I wanted in the time frame. So I can take my time.
So far my favorite has been Amy Cross presentation about the fridge. I did exactly what she said about empting the fridge and organizing as I put things back in. Amazing! So inspired I did the freezer and chest freezer also.
Now to go to Meal Prep magic next.

The HobbyScool Summit presentations were a big surprise. Lots of great data. My personal favorites were from w w w . j i l l c o m e s c l e a n . c o m (great tips on natural cleaning solutions), Lisa MCH ( great tips on electronic clutter minimizing) and Cross Legacy (great tips on food storage - I already did many - but there are so much more)

I enjoyed Catherine Tyler's presentation very much. I did her brain dump exercise while watching her presentation, and it motivated me to get some of my tasks completed. The next day, I listened to it again on the podcast to get me rearing to go which it did.

One of my biggest Summit Takeaways: My GEM of the day was Rina Meushaw’s presentation. I love having a PDF to fill in, so this morning, I had my husband make me a GEMS FILL-IN PDF for me. I filled it in, and I plan on getting all 4 tasks done today!

Being a part of the Hobbyschool summit was AMAZING!! The communication was excellent and they did all of the heavy lifting by providing all of the copy for email and social media. They were also extremely understanding on making sure the technical side of things were setup properly. The attendees were amazing, they've not only been able to successfully market this event but also have ENGAGED participants. Our email list grew significantly and am so thankful we were able to be a part of this amazing event!

I loved the refresher on pressure canning, and the presentation on what to do with what you preserve.
They have given me the confidence to return to the things I loved doing as a young mother as a now retiree.

I loved the diversity of the topics during the Harvest To Table Summit. From canning to winter sowing and learning about tools - there was something for everyone to learn! The VIP pass is incredible - some digital cookbooks, digital planners, and digital guides - can't wait to dive into all these awesome resources. My favorite presentation was Natalie & Chloe from Wild Abundance. Learning that I've been using tools incorrectly, and learning there are better tools out there that would help me more was great!

I really enjoyed all of the presentations I watched. There was so much I learned. I also enjoyed the variety of topics that are correlated together. It’s nice to be able to choose which presentations I wanted to watch as they related to my household needs.

This event was invaluable. It was packed with great information and inspirational speakers who have opened a door to a journey of colour, texture, and imagination.

I watched the speakers that spoke about SEO and am updating my titles right now. Descriptions next. The speakers that talked about digital and planners were very interesting I wish I had time to rewatch everything.

I really enjoyed the crochet summit. I made the gingerbread man and watched all the videos. I really enjoyed learning how to block, and why we need the gauge measurements. Plus learning how to make my own pattern was a big help. I really enjoyed the summit and would do it again next year. I am back into making crafts again and enjoying myself.

Loved the projects by Chas Greener. Unfortunately I missed a lot of the sessions. But I will be making a few of the projects demonstrated.

I didn't really think, at first, that this event was going to be something that I needed but I eventually signed up for it and am I glad that I did. There was a lot of valuable information in the classes and not just about party planning. I learned a lot and am looking forward to doing it again next year.

MY BIGGEST TAKEAWAY of the summit was from Gina Tepper’s presentation: DIY Holiday Decorations & 5 Minute Gift Bag & Gift Wrap Designs. I have some plain bags around the house, and now instead of throwing them in the trash, I’m going to decorate them and use them for Christmas gifts.

I implemented Daniela Wolfe’s strategy of self-care. I chose 3 self-care activities from her Simple Self-Care You Can Do In 10 Minutes or Less List to do yesterday, Nov. 8th. I’m going to try to do 3 self-care activities every day. I succeeded in doing 3 today.

I thought the Holiday Prep Summit was wonderful. I just wish it hadn’t ended so soon. I would love to see more presentations with speakers making easy and inexpensive gifts for Christmas. I enjoyed those. I love playing Bingo, and it’s my accountability partner.
