There was clear disorganization and poor communication on my lender’s side, which made the process incredibly frustrating and stressful, but Diana stepped in and handled everything professionally and efficiently.
She personally contacted my lender, coordinated the details, stayed on top of every issue, and made sure things kept moving forward when others were dropping the ball. Throughout the entire process she was responsive, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about helping me.
