My wife and I were first time home buyers, and our realtor highly recommended Franke to us. Being new to the home buying experience, everything that had to be done was a whirlwind, and the choices were even more complicated. Except when it came to buying home owners insurance. Where the rubber meets the road; about 2 months after moving into our new home, the inevitable happened. A major and extremely costly home repair was required. We had to have our main sewer line completely replaced. The out of pocket expense was well over $9,000. We first turned to our homeowners insurance to file a claim ourselves. Our insurance initially came back saying that this claim was not a typical item under coverage and would most likely not be covered. Enter the AWESOMENESS that is Franke Insurance Services. Michael not only took it upon himself to handle the entire claim and go to bat with the insurance company, this genius had the foresight to actually pre-elect us into this coverage. Our ENTIRE claim was covered. This was beyond a blessing for my wife and I. I cannot express enough gratitude to this gentlemen and his team. They are truly looking out for their customers, and have pulled through for us.
